What To Know About Legalizing Retail Marijuana
PA Family Institute's Of Counsel; Judge Cheryl Allen, Esq. and Director of Communications Dan Bartkowiak join Jerry and Rose to discuss this important subject.
* There are chemists and extractor technicians hired by today’s marijuana industry tasked with extracting the highest amount of THC from marijuana. The potency levels and variety of extracts and products commercialized by the industry are like nothing we’ve ever seen.
* Not only would this set up a new regulatory control board, but it would restrict local municipalities from being able to opt out of pot shops in their jurisdiction.
* Every major health association is opposed to retail marijuana legalization for recreational use.
* Not one state experimenting with retail marijuana has come close to eliminating the black market.

Change The Words
Brent Hamachek, co-author ofDissidently Speaking: Change the Words. Change the War Joins Jerry & Rose
What if we could flip two words in the English language and have people stop saying "it is" and instead ask "is it?"
Most Americans today feel as though our current state of divisiveness is not sustainable. They agree that something has to be done. The author agrees and suggests that the road to redemption for America requires a fresh look at:
• History
• Social structures
• Personal communication
• Ethics
Americans need to take a fresh look at ourselves. To do that we need to apply critical thinking, add some skepticism, and be willing to replace answers with questions.

The Silent Generation
Characteristics of the Silent Generation
The older members of this generation were born during some of the most difficult times in our history; at or near the beginning of the Great Depression. They were children during World War II and came of age during the 1950s and 60s.
They are smaller in numbers than their predecessors (the Greatest Generation), and smaller than the next generation, the Baby Boomers.
The Silent Generation’s low birth rate was probably due to the difficult times in which they were born. The Silent Generation, as well as the Greatest Generation, were the parents of the Baby Boomers.
