Here's some advice I can give you if you're going hiking in the Rockies in Colorado or anywhere else. There's been several people who have died hiking at places like Longs Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park and others.
I go into a few tragic stories of Lucas Macaj, Chad Pallansch, Russell Jacobs, Carlin Brightwell and Ryan Marcil. Most of way people die is from hypothermia, falls, avalanches or going a different way back from the peak.
I hope some of this info can help some people.
Some of the b roll footage I got from a page on Rocky Mountain National Parks page for educational purposes. https://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/longspeak.htm

Revisiting Columbine on 25th Anniversary
I got back to see the Columbine memorial next to the school (there is another one with crosses east of the school too) and I go to where Dylan grew up, where they got arrested and where they used to practice shooting at rampart range road. I'm not an expert, but I spent a few days researching the subject. If there's some small details that area wrong my apologies. My condolences to all the people who died, were injured or lost loved ones in this tragic event.
If you want some good comprehensive info about Columbine you can look here. Its where I found most of my info besides other youtube videos.

High Altitude Hike in China
One of toughest but rewarding hikes I've ever done. We didn't get to top of Xuebaoding (5588m) in Sichuan over 4 days, but got close at 5200 meters. To put in perspective, the highest mountain in lower 48 of States is Mt. Whitney at 4421m or 15505 feet. Great challenge and couldn't have a better group of gentleman.
If you'd like to join an outdoor activity in Sichuan like this or other hiking and biking trips you can contact me (Jeremy) at jenkinjrj@gmail.com or visit bikewestchina.com for more information. Or you can add me on wechat at wildwestchina. Cheers.
