MANGO MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS:( serves 2-3)
2 large mangoes puree(cubed & blended)
1 pack heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp condensed milk (add more or less depending on
how sweet are your mangoes)
Method:
⁃ Beat the whipping cream. till soft peaks are formed.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes(for whipping cream follow the
packet instructions ) = Now Pour mango pulp into the
cream along with the condensed milk, beat everything
together for 30 seconds and thats it. Pour it into
serving cups, chill them for 3-6 hours and Enjoyyy.

*XMUTABBAQ(or Murtabak)* (Arabic filled Paratha)
INGREDIENTS: (makes 4)
500 gms chicken mince
1 medium onion chopped
3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
1 egg beaten
2 cups all purpose flour(add pinch salt)
5 tbsp oil
Luke warm water(to knead dough)
Oil for shallow frying
METHOD:
Make mutabbaq dough, take flour,add 2 tbsp oil,and
<nead with luke warm water, just like normal atta dough
m Let is rest for 20 min. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil,add onion
and chillies, saute till translucent, add chicken mince with
gingergarlic paste, once it changes color add all the
spices, saute for 7 minutes, then add coriander, cover and
cook for 6 minutes, uncover and cook till water is
completely dried. Add egg and give it a mix.= Now roll
out one ball of dough into oval shape, put the chicken
filling, fold and overlap sides making a square.Press to
secure edges. - In a pan/tawwa, put 3 tbsp oil, shallow
fry mutabbaq from all sides at medium heat till its golden
and crisp. Andddd its readyyy

**PIZZA SAMOSA**
INGREDIENTS: (10-12 medium)
Samosa dough
2cups all purpose flour
3 tbspn ghee(or oil)
1/2 tsp ajwaen(carwam seeds)
1/2 salt
1/2 cup chilled water
Mix, flour, ghee, salt, ajwain, and mix till crumbly. Gradually
add water, till a soft dough is formed. Cover it with wet
cloth for 30 minutes. lts ready to use
<Pizza filing:
1 large size boneless chicken(cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup mozarella cheese
4 tbsp olives
4 tbsp sweet corn
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt, red chilli, garlic powder,
2 tbsp tandoori masala(any brand)
In a pan, add 3 tbsp oil, saute chicken and put all the
spices, once it changes color, add olives n corn. Saute a
bit and its ready, cool down a bit, add cheese. Set aside
Prepare samosas shape, as shown,freeze them or and
deep fry them at medium heay till gold and crisp. and
enjoyy with some green chutney or ketchup

*KABAB KARAHI*
INGREDIENTS:
For Kababs:
600 gms Chicken Mince(you can take Beef)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp gingergarlic paste
2 Green chillies(chopped)
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
2 tbsp Chapli kabab masala(optional, I used Shan)
3 tbsp bread crumbs

egg.
Mix everything together, grease your hands, and make
small kababs, and shallow fry for 8-10 mins till fully
cooked(as shown in video)
For Gravy:
2 large tomatoes (puree, just grind them)
1 large onion chopped or half cup Fried onions
4-6 Green chillies chopped
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 tsp each of Salt, red chilli, garlic powder, cumin powder,
coriander powder, garam masala
1 cup water
3/4th cup oil.
METHOD:
In a wok, heat oil, add onion, fry till golden brown(or
simply use fried onions directly as I did) add gingergarlic
paste and green chillies, saute, then add tomatoe puree
with all the spices, saute, then add water,cover & cook for
12-15 mins,till oil separates then add cooked kebabs,
garnish some onions, green chillies & coriander,cover and
simmer for 10-12 mins and its Ready. ENJOYYY.

2 medium chicken breasts(approx 600 gms)(cut in cubes)
2 tomatoes(chopped)
5-8 green chillies(chopped)

In a pan(tawwa) put oil, saute ginger garlic paste, add one

it cook tillit changes colors, put the remaining tomato
and green chillies, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes at low
heat. Put a blob of butter at the end let it melt. - Garnish
with coriander ,onions, chillies, and serve with hot paratha

CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
-1 pack Pasta(boiled)
Boneless chicken fillet(approx 300gm)( boiled, shredded,
sauted in 2 tbsp oil, with 1 tsp of salt & black pepper, 2
tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1/2tsp

<NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL TART/BARS
INGREDIENTS
-160 gm(4 bars) Chocolate
(milk or dark)l used dark by @galaxyarabia
-200 ml Condensed milk
-3 tbsp sugar
-15-20 biscuits crushed(digestive or Marie)
-200 gm Butter(melted)
-Dish or pan (greased and lined with cling film/butter
paper.)
Method:
-Crush the biscuits, put 100gm melted butter, mix
thoroughly and set it in the pan,put in fridge for 20 mins
-Prepare caramel: in a pan put sugar, keep stirring and
cook till it melts and starts turning golden, pour in
condensed milk and 4 tbsp butter, cook and cook, keep
stirring, till you get a nice caramelized color and thick
consistency, its ready
-Spread this sauce over the set biscuits layer, let it cool.
-In a bowl, put chocolate with 3 tbsp butter, microwave for
20 seconds, till melted, pour this over caramel layer and
spread evenly,
Put in fridge for 3-4 hours, till fully set.

LOTUS BISCOFF CRUNCH MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
1 pack thick cream or whipping cream(250ml) (chilled)
1/2 cup Lotus biscoff Spread
8-10 lotus biscoff biscuits(crushed)
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp walnuts(chopped)
*Method:*
-In a bowl, whip chilled cream for about 6-7 minutes, till
stiff peaks are formed(or follow whipping cream packet
instructions)
-Fold in Lotus Biscoff spread, beat them together for 30
second, and voila, the mousse is ready. Put in fridge.
While you prepare Walnut Crunch
In a pan, on medium heat,put sugar,keep stirring till i
starts to melt, keep stirring occasionallyfor 7-8 minutes,
till it gets liquidy. Take out some caramel in a separate
bowl to make sugar decorations and put walnuts in the
remaining. Let it cool for aboùt 20 mins and get hard.
Smash it with a spoon to get the caramel crunch
ASSEMBLING
In a serving cup, add biscuits, then lotus Mousse, top it
with walnut caramel crunch, and some Sugar decorations
And Enjoyyy

Finger licking yummy mutton chops
Super simple ,quick to make and totally scrumptious to be
a show stopper
INGREDIENTS
1 kg Mutton chops(washed & cleaned)
2 cups yogurt
2 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch
1 tbsp cumin powder
1tbsp coriander powder
6-8 Green chillies
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
#Method:
Blend together yogurt, gingergarlic paste, chillies and all
the mentioned spices. Marinate chops with the yogurt
mixture for 2-3 hours or overnight . In the pressure cooker
put oil and mutton chops along with all the marinade
ook for 15 minutes after the whistle. Open up, let the
gravy dry up for another 10 minutes. In a pan put 2-3
tbsp oil from the same gravy and sear chops for 2
minutes each side, till nicely charred and itsss readyyy€
Serve them with hot naans or rice, along with greer
chutney and Enjoyy*

500 gms chicken
1tbsp chili flakes
1tsp garam masala
1 & half tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder

4 tbsp gram flour(besan)

3 tbsp sesame seeds(add more if you like)
METHOD:
Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned
ingredients. Coat it well. Sprinkle some more sesame
seeds. Fry at medium heat for 8-10 min until golden and
crispy.
"You can bake and airfry them at 200C and cook for
20-25 minutes. Flip in between and spray some oil for a
nice finish.
