BUTTER COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
1 cup butter(250 gm) room temp
3/4th cup sugar
1 large egg
Preheat oven at 180c
Beat the butter till creamy, add sugar and beat till well
incorporated. Add egg and beat. Now add half of the
flour, mix it up with spatula, then add remaining half and
mix. The cookie dough is ready, put in fridge for 10
minutes. Now Simply take a small dough ball, flatten it
into cookie shape, and make design with a fork 0R Roll
out into a square by pressing with Greased hands/rolling
pin, cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
_ine and grease a baking tray with parchment paper of
aluminium foil. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes. And its
doneeee. Let them Cool down completely then devour
with a mug of Milk / Coffee or Offcourse Chai. The
bottom would be beautifully browned and top would be
whitish.

SHINWARI CHICKEN KARAHI (Dhabba style)
INGREDIENTS:
800 gms Chicken
5-6 medium tomatoes (each one cut into 4 parts)
8 small green chillies chopped(adjust accordingly)
1n 1/2 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 n 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 n 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
3/4th cup oil
Ginger for garnish
⁃ In a wok, add oil, put chicken and gingergarlic paste,
saute at medium heat till starts changing color,add half of
the green chillies, saute till aromatic
Add all the spices, except black pepper and garam
masala. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes
⁃ then add tomatoes,remaining green chillies,cover and
cook till tomatoes are soft(takes approx 10-15 mins).
⁃ Uncover,Remove & discard tomatoe peel. Cook at
medium flame till oil separates
⁃ Now add black pepper and garam masala. Cook for 5
more minutes . And its done. Garnish with ginger and
devour with Naan.

Cheesy Chicken Parathas
INGREDIENTS: (makes 5-6)
400 gms chicken boiled and shredded
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 green chillies crushed
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
1-2 cups mozarella cheese(or as cheesy you need)
Atta dough(make two dough balls for each paratha)
In a pan heat oil, add boiled and shredded chicken, add
gingergarlic paste and green chillies, saute for 3-4
minutes, then add all the mentioned spices, cook for 7-8
minutes and set aside
Roll out two small pairas(dough balls) like thin roti,
One one roti place Chicken filling, add lots of
cheese, then place the other roti, press and seal well.
Heat the tawa/pan, place you Paratha, let it heat for a
minute, add oil on top, now flip it, Let it cook for 3-4
ninutes, add oil to the other side and flip again. Keep
pressing and moving. And that's it. Your Paratha is done

Creamy Tuscan Chicken
INGREDIENTS
500 gms boneless chicken fillets
3 tbsp butter/oil
2 tsp gingergarlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 pack thick cream (170ml) @puckarabia
1 chicken cube
2 cups milk
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp tomato paste(or use ketchup)
2 tsp hot sauce(optional)
n a pan, add butter, and chicken, now Add gingergarlic
paste, salt, pepper, chili flakes and soy sauce, flip the
chicken to cover both sides in spices, cook for 7-8
minutes.
Then add cream, let it simmer at low heat for 5 minutes,
add chicken cube, milk, oregano, and pinch of more black
pepper, tomatoe paste and hot sauce
Cook for 6-7 until nice and thick, and chicken is fully done.
Sprinkle some mint or coriander and enjoy with rice ,roti
or pasta

POTATO LOLLIPOPS
Ingredients
3 large potatoes(boiled and mashed)
1 small grated carrot(optional)
2 tsp fresh Coriander chopped
1tsp Salt
1 tsp red chilli

tsp oregano
1/2 cup Bread crumbs

3 tspn corn flour
2tbsp flour mixed in 5 tbsp water( for coating)

Oil for frying
METHOD:
-Boil and mash the potatoes, then mix 1/2 cup cread
crumbs,corn flour, carrots, coriander, and all the spices
mentioned above.Mix them well.
-In 2tbspn flour add 5 tbspn water and form a slurry to
cover the potatoes
-Shape the potato mixture into a kabab, dip in slurry and
coat in bread crumbs.
-Heat oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat for 5-6
minutes till nicely golden and crisp.
-Insert a skewer in each fried potato stick.
Serve it with a refreshing Cucumber dip( mix 4 tbsp
yogurt+half a grated cucumber, with pinch of salt n
pepper,)
TIPS:
You can easily freeze them and use them later.
You can bake them for 15 minutes instead of frying

Best CHICKEN SHAWARMA With authentic garlic sauce

1 tsp salt

CHICKEN FILLING:
-400 gm boneless chicken(cut and chopped)
-2 tbsp. butter/oil
-1 medium onion chopped
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. black pepper

Puff pastry sheet OR Phyllo sheets
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp butter, fry onion till soft then add chicken and
the spices with tamarind sauce,once chicken changes
colod add flour, then milk, cook till it thickens, mix in
chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, remove and
cool completely.
Take one phyllo sheet/puff pastry spread place the
chicken filling, put butter to seal the sheets and form
triangle shapes as shown. Fry on medium heat for 2
minutes each side til golden and crisp from outside. (Or
f using puff pastry bake at 180 for 10-12 minutes till

Crispy Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken fillets(I took thighs)
1 pack Tikka masala(used Shan)
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs

Breadcrumbs(I used panko)
Oil for frying
Spicy mayo :3/4 cup mayo, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp hot

chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, and eggs. Mix everything
well. Now coat chicken with breadcrumbs

directly whenever needed)
Then Fry chicken for 12-13 minutes, keep changing sides
till golden and crisp.

White Chicken Karahi
INGREDIENTS
500 gms boneless chicken cubes
1 cup oil
2 tsp gingergarlic paste

8-9 big green chillies

Orange Marmalade Tea Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 n half cups flour(maida)
2 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp orange Marmalade
2 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Preheat oven at 190c
Grease a 9 inch loaf pan(or 8 inch baking pan)

BEEF/Chicken/Mutton HALEEM in #instantpot
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack @nationalfoodsglobal Daigi Haleem mix
1 cup oil
600-700 gms boneless Beef (or any meat you want)
2 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
tsp coriander powder
1tsp black pepper
10-12 cups water
For Tarka:
1 large onion sliced
tsp cumins seeds
cup oil
Green chillies & ginger for Garnish
METHOD:
.
In the pot, add 1 cup oil and saute beef ,add
gingergarlic paste, and saute tillit starts changing color.
Then add meat masala packet given in the Haleem box
along with the mentioned spices
Cook for 7-8 minutes
Then add Pulses & grain packet from the box(wash &
soak them for 30 min)saute for a minute, then add 10-12
cups water, cover & Pressure cook for 25 mins
Now uncover, keep it on 'Sauté mode,use a hand
blender or normal blender to blend the Haleem. Blend it
really well till well incorporated let it simmer for another
15 mins ,it will thicken and its ready Adjust
consistency(you can add more water if too thick)
Meanwhile prepare Tarka.
Heat the oil and add onions & cumin seeds, cook at high
flame till golden brown.
Take some onions out for garnish and pour the
remaining onions along with oil into the Haleem. Simmer
for 5 mins and its doneeee

CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
For Marination:
1 kg Chicken(l took with skin, you can take without skin
too)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1tsp salt
1 tsp red chillipowder
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
Boil chicken for 7-8 minutes, just so it's properly cooked
from the inside after frying too
Now mix together all the above mentioned ingredients
and Marinate the chicken. Poke the chicken so the spices
are well absorbed.
Flour mix For Coating
1 n half cups all purpose flour(maida)
Half cup cornflour.
1tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp oregano
1tsp garlic powder
Cold water, for dipping
Mix all the dry ingredients. Now coat chicken in flour mix,
then dip in water, and then coat with flour mix again,
shake off the excess flour.
and And fry golden. on medium heat for " 12-14 "" "" minutes till crispy and golden.

HALEEM Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack @shanfoodsglobal Haleem mix
500-700 gms boneless chicken(or any meat you want)
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 large onion sliced
1 cup oil
10-13 cups water

In a pot, add half cup oil and saute chicken, add

consistency(you can add more water if too thick)

Heat the remaining half cup oil and add onions, cook at
high flame till golden brown
Take some onions out for garnish and pour the remaining
onions along with oil into the Haleem. Simmer for 5 mins
and its doneeee

2 large onions blended

BBQ CHICKEN RICE

Half cup cabbage or vegetables of your choice green or
purple)
3-4 green chillies(cut slantly)
2 cups boiled rice
2 cup boiled Spaghettis (noodles)
4 tbsp oil
Small piece of coal
Ketchup (to garnish)
Mayonnaise Sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp thick yogurt
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
Pinch red chilli powder
Pinch garlic powder
1/4th tsp oregano
Mix them all and the sauce is ready
METHOD:
Marinate the chicken with tikka masala and gingergarlic
paste. In a pan put oil, put chicken, cook for 8-10 mins at
medium heat till nicely charred and fully done, switch off
flame. Now put a foil piece on chicken, place hot coal on
t, add a bit of oil on it, cover with lid for 10 min, its ready.
set chicken side. In same pan saute cabbage/veggies
and chillies for 2-3 min.
Now Assemble by adding rice layer, then cabbage
chillies layer, then place chicken, and top it with
mayonnaise sauce and ketchup and its readyyyy. Enjoyyy.

** FISH AND CHIPS**
*INGREDIENTS:
⁃ 4 Thick Fish fillets(cod/catfish/bassa(any white fish)
-1 cup plain flour
-1 cup rice flour
-1 cup all purpose flour(for coating)
-1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups sparkling water(or add 2 cup water with 2 pinch
baking soda(the secret ingredient for crisp and crunch)
-1 tsp Salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp gingergarlic paste
-Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
Mix together, flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt ,pepper
garlic powder, and sparkling water, and make wet batter
Sprinkle some salt on the fish and let it rest for 10
minutes.
⁃Coat it with flour, then dip in the wet batter, fry on
medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes, each side till old
and crunchy.
For TARTAR SAUCE
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbspn cucumber finely chopped
1 tsp coriander(finely chopped)
1tsp spring onion (chopped)
Salt and pepper(to taste)
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
-Mix these all together. And here you have it. Literally the
BEST Tartar sauce

BEST FUDGY BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter(melted)
3 tbsp oil
1 cup white sugar
Half cup brown sugar
3 large eggs (room temp)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup chocolate chips/chunks
METHOD
Preheat oven at 180c
Grease an 8x8 pan and line with parchment paper
n a bowl add butter,oil, sugar, and mix, add eggs one by
one and mix, then add flour and cocoa powder and just
give a quick mix (dont overmix), add chocolate chips, mix,
pour the batter in pan, spread evenly, top I with some
more chocolate chips, bake at 180c for 25-30 min and
that's about it. Fudgy & gooey brownies are ready.

CHICKEN TIKKA SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:(for 2)
300 gms boneless chicken(cubes)
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
2 tbsp tikka masala/ tandoori masala(any brand)
2 eggs(beaten with salt n pepper, make omlette)
Mayo dip( 3 tbsp mayo,1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp hot
sauce)
Ketchup(as needed)
3 tbsp oil
Bread slices
Lettuce(optional)
METHOD:
In a pan add oil,saute gg paste, add chicken and
tikka masala, cook 8-10
mins till fully done
Toast bread with some butter.
Assemble by placing mayo dip, chicken tikks
chunks, ketchup, another bread, omlette, lettuce
and thatsss it. Enjoyyy.

INSTANT JALEBIS (Sweet Pipes)
INGREDIENTS:
(For Jalebis)
1 cup flour
1 tbspn gram flour/besan
1 tbspn ghee
1/2tsp instant yeast
1tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp luke warm water (to bloom the yeast)
Approx 3/4th to 1 cup water to form batter.
Few drops Orange color(optional)
For Sheera(sugar syrup)
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
4-5 cardamom pods
1 tbspn lemon juice.
METHOD:
Prepare sheera by boiling water ,sugar , and elaichi. Cook
till it becomes a thick syrup(takes approx 15 min), then
add lemon juice and set aside
In 3 tbspn warm water, add yeast and sugar, and let it rest
for 15 minutes
In a bowl, add flour, ghee, gram flour, yeast mix, and add
water at intervals till a thick yet pipable batter is formed.
Let it rest 10 mins.
Heat 2-3 cups oil at medium flame.Fill a piping bag
make a very tiny whole) with the batter, and start making
clockwise circles to form the shape of jalebis
Flip jalebis once start turning crisp and gold(approx 3
mins each side)
Dip them directly into the sugar syrup for 2 mins
And here you have them
