Cheesy Chicken Parathas
INGREDIENTS: (makes 5-6)
400 gms chicken boiled and shredded
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 green chillies crushed
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
1-2 cups mozarella cheese(or as cheesy you need)
Atta dough(make two dough balls for each paratha)
In a pan heat oil, add boiled and shredded chicken, add
gingergarlic paste and green chillies, saute for 3-4
minutes, then add all the mentioned spices, cook for 7-8
minutes and set aside
Roll out two small pairas(dough balls) like thin roti,
One one roti place Chicken filling, add lots of
cheese, then place the other roti, press and seal well.
Heat the tawa/pan, place you Paratha, let it heat for a
minute, add oil on top, now flip it, Let it cook for 3-4
ninutes, add oil to the other side and flip again. Keep
pressing and moving. And that's it. Your Paratha is done
