Demystifying Your IC

Often times we don't know what causes a flare because we don't understand what the difference is between acidic foods and alkaline foods. Knowing more about the difference can make all the difference in food choices and resulting relief or pain.

My system of healing has evolved over the years to incorporate methods of detoxification and folk remedies plus new knowledge gained from working with so many of you! Physical symptoms manifest from unhealed wounds and IC is a physical symptom from unhealed trauma. My programs incorporate emotional, spiritual, and physical healing altogether. They really wouldn't be "a great program" unless I was able to look at you as a whole being, now would they!

The medical system has failed us! The medical system was never supposed to heal anything, just make money. How much money, via you or your insurance, has the medical mafia made off of you? Have you been helped? Why are there still 7 to 12 million women suffering with IC? Once you can tell yourself the truth, your behavior towards healing will change. That's right. Who's your mamma? When is it the 'right' time to claim you are an authority in your field? After 5 years? After 10 years? Well, I am CLAIMING it is true for me. I haven't heard of anyone who is breaking the science-spirit barrier with IC. My system of healing is holistic and all-encompassing. So unlike all else I see in the medical-industrial complex!

No use placing blame when the masses of people think inside the box bcs. that's the way all of us were taught to think. Thank you public school. But now it's time to go beyond into the great unknown, where it's frightening, and see that there is a whole new world out there with EFFECTIVE HEALING SYSTEMS for IC. Yes mine is one of them!!

There are jagged, harsh truths we have to swallow in this 3D life. Struggle is all around. People are not happy. To change (heal) you have to make a choice to take the chance. Many do now even try bcs. it's outside of their comfort zone.

"Sunny, I was just in a minor car accident and I'm flaring! Help me!" This shows that trauma and the emotions that surround it don't effect us at all. Psyche. They do and in a big way. Even your everyday thoughts effect your health and IC.

Being told we can't heal when we've got access to all the minerals and elements that make up a human body AND we have an immune system, is just asinine. It's a blatant lie to keep you disempowered. Take your sovereignty back NOW!

Our diet has everything to do with the way we perceive the world! Sluggish and full of rancid fats our body's can't digest or clear and ready to take on LIFE? Detox doesn't have to be full-on like boot camp. It can be softer and that's just what people with IC need. Believe me, I know!

It changes your view of what's 'really' going on when you know just a little history. Knowing a few scientific terms and a little history helps put things in perspective. Here I talk about allopathic medicine on a more serious note.

No other food has the healing power of greens when it comes to IC. Greens do more than the MIC (med-industrial-complex) will ever admit to; one reason they lump them into the vegetable category. Greens & veggies contains minerals that will help your body heal it's structure i.e. your bladder lining!

Alternative food pyramids have been out for a while now, decades. People who eat high raw vegan barely need to drink water. Why? The food they eat contains so much so they don't need to drink the 8 recommended glasses per day. I experienced this myself!

Why can we buy vegetable protein powder in the stores? If that is so, there MUST BE "protein" in vegetables! But it's not "protein" in vegetables, it's amino acids, the building blocks of fully-formed proteins.

A basic description of what foods to avoid and what foods to eat if you have IC. People that have IC represent an extreme form of weakness and enervation because the body is barely able to hold it all together with such a low number of minerals left in the body.

Once you begin healing, you'll feel like you're in a flare. Learn the difference between a flare and a healing crisis. One will deflate you and one will make you cry for joy!
