I have been working out my whole life. I got into boxing training a couple of years ago and I fell in love with it. I do not fight, nor do I plan to. I just like the training as a workout. I really enjoy the speed bag, and I think if you are looking for a new workout, you will love it too. I also love the heavy bag, double-ended bag, and jump rope. I do still lift weights but not as much, and because I'm 43 years old now that is a good thing for my joints. Thank you for watching and as always.
