What causes Schizophrenia/ Psychosis- Alternatives Counseling
Schizophrenia- causes and treatment
Symptoms include hallucinations (audio/ visual), fear and paranoia, inability to get along in society, school, jobs, etc..usually beginning around age 20-35.
According to NHS- no single gene is responsible. Runs in families. Serotonin and dopamine directly involved. Often called an imbalance of hormones, but explaination for cause of imbalance except pollution, lifestyle choices, trauma reaction. But this cannot be re created in science, thus they drop the subject. Birth complications and drug abuse as causes have better research and can be duplicated. The NHS in UK targets can I use as a cause of schizophrenia. (www.NHs.uk/schiz2019).
Biological / neuro research shows glyphosate decreases enzymes in plants via the Shikosate pathway. Research shows glide for state is involved into major sulfur containing amino acids which inhibits is amino acids resulting in E. coli in the gut and reduced serotonin which is highly correlated with autism, constipation ,and reduced energy.
One direct effect of glide for state is melatonin disruption and sleep disturbances. CYP enzymes involved in sulfur response which is necessary for melatonin to be sensitive to sunlight and involved in resupply of melatonin and distribution throughout the body.
Glyphosate mixed with aluminum equals round up. Which makes the glasses say 10 times more effective blocking the light and dark cycle of the plant. The pineal gland produced NOS (n, I,t,e types, Creating nitrous oxide which causes release of melatonin. When this cycle is damage there is no protection against aluminum build up. At the same time life is say reduces tryptophan which is necessary to make serotonin and melatonin. Melatonin has shown to be effective against Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Celiac disease, autism ADHD depression and anxiety (Terry, 2019; Van Brugge 2018; Shaw, 2018;).
There are similarities in the above diseases in that Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s also have auditory and visual hallucinations as well as paranoia.

Addiction: What causes it - Alternatives Counseling- Organic Medicine for mental health.
What causes addiction’s?
A). Genetics- current research does not tease apart the difference between learning theory from our parents versus genetics inherited from our parents. This would require identical twin studies separated from parents at birth. Many of these studies were done in the 80s in Switzerland Finland and the Dutch countries. They found less than a 15% correlation between identical twins inheriting alcohol addiction from their parents.
B). Neurological influence- dopamine plays a major role in ability to keep calm. Serotonin is our happy hormone and it takes the brain about six months to fill up its little cup with happy hormones. When we use drugs it’s like dumping the entire cup into the blood system at once. However, The drug addict never wait six more months for the second hi. That’s how long it would take a healthy brain to recover.
C). Family dynamics- parents teach what is acceptable and what is not. Their behavior is more important in their words. Parents also teach boundaries and self discipline. By modeling good habits the child learns good habits. Poverty and hunger have a major implication on whether the child will become an addict or not. Poverty may indicate the parenting plan for the future. And to a child if there is no plan it is easier to give up.. having a parent with a mental illness or a personality disorder is another cause. And again this type of parent would not be able to exemplify good habits.
D). Coping with PTSD, trauma, or loss.
Often we watch people around us cope with traumatic events by drinking or using drugs or pain medication. This teaches us how to seek alternatives and what is acceptable by the family. PTSD is fight or flight. In order to decrease fighter flight you must reduce the cortisol and adrenaline and many other hormones in the blood. Please watch my previous video for how to treat PTSD and trauma.
E). Television and video games often glamorize drugs and alcohol use. Entertainment is not a way to learn about the world. It is better to get out and experience it then to just watch it on a screen. When these people get into the real world they have no coping skills and often resort to quick easy fixes.

PTSD & TBI- Organic medicine for mental health by Alternatives Counseling
What causes PTSD?
PTSD can result from witnessing or experiencing life threatening events such as violent crime, domestic violence, accidents, war and environmental toxins such as agent orange and electromagnetic radiation (Vojdani, 2004; McKeown, 2004; Ibarren, 2005).
Research by Cochran(2006) where he did a meta-analysis of evidence from earlier interventions of debriefing for PTSD. He found PTSD doesn’t work systemic reviews support a “stress” response, rather than a thought out reaction (Suzanne- 2002). Stress alters the regulation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the auto gnomic nervous system with negative alterations in hypothalamic- pituitary- adrenal axis and plays an important role in cell mediated immune response (Chappelli, 2001/ 2004; Vojani,2004).
Does the perception of a stressor lead to major changes in the Arcadian regulation, sleep disturbances, and immune response due to release of glucocorticoids and impairs the T cell activation (Chapelli, 2001/ 2006). Doesn’t this sound like fight or flight? (Parked,2007; Foreman,2018; Cusack et. Al. 2015).
When a person is in fight or flight their body takes control. Perhaps this is why grief psychological interventions such as debriefing, cognitive behavioral, and desensitization don’t work so very well. Also 70% of veterans surveyed said they would like to see an increase in the use of complementary therapies such as food supplements to be available at VA hospital and active military bases (McPherson,2004). This is especially true for native American and Hispanic cultures as they believe in alternative medicine(Westermeyer, 2002; McPherson, 2004).
Complementary medicine doesn’t view thoughts (cognitive dysfunction) as the person‘s fault. This is why the fight or flight response makes sense. When the old brain which controls all autonomic nervous system such as breathing heart rate blood flow etc... takes over, The forebrain (new brain) cannot override these automatic controls (Parke, 2017; VA research 2020). The hormone which causes increased heart rate is adrenaline.
Treatment recommendations from Bethesda, The Alternative Medicine Center.
A. EMDR- this is a therapist provided treatment that has no side effects and is endorsed by the veterans administration, department of defense, The international society for traumatic stress studies, and the American psychological Association (Carlson, 1998; Hamelin, 2018). A study done byvan Der Kolkata 2007; showed EMDR to be superior to fluoxetine and not only reduce symptoms but complete loss of diagnosis.
Most studies on PTSD or incomplete attendance only attended partial sessions or three out of five sessions that type of thing and very small populations for very short duration of time. If you had placebo study included or randomized treatment offered (Vestreal, 2013; Carlson, 1998; Devilly,1998).
However, theoretical models state humans process experiences with related emotions and information from their environment. This is when info is in adequately processed. Does adding emotions causes thoughts to be stored in the brain dysfunctional (Beauvais, 2018). What does “inadvertently processed “ mean? What causes information to be inadvertently processed? This riders answer is fight or flight.
When an individual experiences an extreme threat such as a car wreck they go into fight or flight. Lots of adrenaline pumping through the body. This creates extreme tension and anxiety. Feeling like you need to move around and do something. But if you add a military trained veteran who knows how to react to fear Their brain will instantly go into fight or flight mode.their brain will instantly go into fight or flight mode Along with the automatic fight or flight reaction.
However this happens even after the threat is over and the secondary brain is back in control(Sherin, 2011).
Current research also found that the less experience a person has with trauma, and disaster the less their ability to cope . And example would be having experienced death with a loved one. If you’ve ever been through it you know some of the emotions that take over and how your life changes very quickly however if you’ve never experienced the death of a loved one you will be traumatized by the first time. PTSD is a severe and long-term reaction from Trumatic experience. Does the hyper arousal and not the event term in the length and severity of symptoms(Sherin, 2011).

Learning disabilities
Currently over 4.4 million children between the ages of five and 17 have ADHD or learning disabilities. Of that 56% take pharmaceuticals to control symptomology (Bloom & Cohen, 2006; Nat. Health Stat 2007; Fruelich, 2007).
Controversy about long-term effects contribute to noncompliance and failure to seek treatment or help(Charach, 2006). Alternative and safe interventions will give people more options and one more research and studies (Katz, 2010).
According to Tharpar(2012) there are many potential causes for learning disorders.
A. Genetic
B. Prenatal risks
C. Psychosocial stressors
D. Environmental pollution
E. Abuse
Genetic risks show very small effects meaning they are very rare and can be found in many other psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety. Does cannot be used for future prediction of learning disabilities.
According to CDC, ADHD has many collateral effects such as poor social skills, in ability to get along with others, The ability to make decisions is very poor, have a great difficulty keeping a job or being a responsible parent, Emotional excitement and out-of-control reactions emotional excitement and out-of-control reactions(over reacting). Plus ADHD overlaps with other disorders such as Tourette’s and autism.
For the purpose of this video we are going to focus on the primary research behind Tourette’s, autism, and learning disorders.
Some of the best studies show environmental exposure to toxins such as lead and mercury increase symptoms (Eyre, 2017).
A comparison of Ritalin versus food supplements to treat children with ADHD in research by hoarding 2003 showed significant improvement in TOVA-4 scores for the supplement group. However scores did not improve for the Ridellan group.
B vitamins are a cofactor in the synthesis and functioning of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. Acetylcholine as well as GABA the amino acid (Bay es 1999).
Spira Lena is extremely high and B vitamins, folic acid, Vitamin C, D and E, as well as all essential amino acids and minerals (Ciferri, 1985). Preliminary evidence shows supplementation decreases symptomology (Sinn& Bryan, 2007; Hodges, et. Al 2007; Cremonte, 2016). TeleMed research using Spira Lena for depression with randomized cluster trial also showed promising results (Balestrini, 2020, Baroni, 2009; Kressor, 2019).
Children are especially vulnerable to mercury and lead exposure and the harmful effects by disrupting neurological functioning (Kressor, 2019). According to the journal Lance neurology is silent pandemic of neurological developmental toxicity is causing major behavioral problems in children and adults in America. Mercury samples were taken from the spinal cord and found to have a significant increase in mercury from blood cells of brains of autistic children (Kressor, 2019; Juanjan, et. Al. 2017).
Lead exposure through paint, Old pipes, and pesticides found in children impairs the neural transmitter transmissions. In other words the encoding, recall, coordination of thoughts, are blocked and intercepted by lead exposure (
Juanjun, 2017).

Anxiety - What causes it?
Anxiety is the most diagnosed mental problem in America.
Ankram (2019) did research on anxiety and how the attacks are caused by the fighter flight system which is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system (primary brain). Does it cannot be controlled by your thoughts. This would be like controlling your heart rate by thinking.
When we are in fight or flight the following symptoms dominate
Increased heart rate
Blood concentration goes to lungs and muscles
Dilation of pupils
Tunnel vision (Focus on danger only)
Sweat
Zero concentration and zero digestion
Fight or flight
Pathological anxiety interferes with our ability to cope successfully with life changes (Steiner 2002).
One theory about attention deficit disorder may be in fight or flight theory. If a person is continuously highly aroused they will possibly connected with fear and being fighter flight. Or if a person is abused especially a child, then going to the classroom and having a male teacher who is similar to the perpetrator will put the child in fight or flight all the time.
Causes of Anxiety
Old research blames adrenaline there was a study at Columbia University which proves the “Fight or Flight” response cannot get started without the hormone which is made in the bones (Berger 2019). I will address which hormone later.
Remedies
According to Queroz (2012) Chlorella Volgaris reduce his impact of stress on hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenal axes. Also Brain C- Foss Expression. Just reducing the stress level. Like revving your engine to 7000 RPMs. If you do it long enough they’re serious damage. With Chlorella your engine revs up to 4000 and far less damage.
Shikasate pathway and Sugar
Dr. Stephanie Senoff from MIT, has spent over 30 yrs studying glyphosate and its effects on environment/ people. Glutimate reduces Adrenalin (fight or Flight). But is destroyed in Pancreas when bad flora are present. Remember bad flora come from acidic PH caused by Glyphosate.
BDNF is brain transmitter involved in learning and memory. It is blocked by glyphosate and white sugar. White sugar is used to cut street drugs such as heroin because the sugar creates more addiction.
Both sugar and glyphosate create pancreatic insulin disfunction.
Sugar does not increase energy and cause hyperactivity. Sugar decreases critical thinking and increases impulsivity.
GABA (Amino acid) not Gabapentin which has narcotics/ opiates. The amino acid is a calmer and used on Autistic children to reduce anxiety from other people and environmental issues. Also used to calm persons with seizure disorders.(Wu, 2007)
Gaba is also used to reduce withdrawal from narcotics and opiates (Steinberger, 2007; Mess, 2011)

Organic Medicine for Mental health- Alternatives Counseling- Part 1
My name is Alice coppers and I am a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years in the largest institutes in California. Such as pelican Bay State prison (5500 beds), Corcoran State prison (5500 beds), and Atascadero State Hospital in San Luis Obispo California (3500 beds)
The main focus of this podcast is to summarize scientific evidence and research from all over the world about natural medicine for mental health. With the coming of the Internet we no longer have to travel to libraries throughout the world to do the research. Big Pharma has only been around for 60 to 70 years. What did we do before that?
Alternative medicine has few side effects and cost far less than pharmaceuticals. But explaining how the interactions at the cellular level affect your thinking will help you to lead a healthier life and avoid the high cost of healthcare. Taking healthcare into your own hands is one of the most important things you can do in your life more important than money.
Here are some of the topics we will cover in this podcast. Depression , anxiety , ADHD , autism , traumatic brain injuries , PTSD , physical and verbal abuse , and violent offenders and domestic violence .
We Will be looking at the following topics from the cellular level. Today’s medicine separates the brain from the spinal cord from the rest of the body. Yet, we know they’re all connected and deeply involved in survival.
Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, TBI- traumatic brain injury, PTSD, Verbal/ physical abuse, and violent offenders/ domestic violence.
According to the medical journals the causes of depression are the following:
*. Genetic
*. Changes in brain neurotransmitters
*. Environmental Factors (lack of sunshine)
* psycho- Social Stressors
*. Dual diagnosis or other major mental illness present
A meta-analysis by Shadrina-( 2018) Of twins from birth shows creditability at 37%, and inter-familial studies at 12%; Thus hereditary Only accounts for 15-20%. Studies also show in the US that 16.9% of adults are diagnosed with depression whereas in Japan it is only 3%. Why is there such a big difference in to first world countries? Perhaps it is not hereditary but learning theory and how we learn to react to situations and stressors? If we have a highly dramatic I’m prepared lack of experience individual in a disaster, how do you think they will react? They will not except change easily they will become depressed because they want things to go back the same way they were before which may never happen. And how does this account for the explanation of a shortage of hormones causing depression? Because the body is divided into sections and mental health cannot talk about anything below the head. it is difficult To explain how the thyroid controls your hormones not your brain(Panahi, 2015). (Soloman, 2015).
This podcast will focus on the biological and cellular research and compare it with current psychology and their research to show that talk therapy doesn’t work very well unless the biological causes are addressed first.
According to the American psychiatric Association one of the major causes of depression is hormone in balance. However this is a symptom and not a cause. What causes hormone in balance according to Dr. Stephanie Senoff MD ( from MIT), Who has over 30 years of research in the United States which shows the causes of life say otherwise known as Round Up.
Glyphosate destroys the Shikosate Pathway (amerheim, 1980). It was believed that only plants suffered, and mammals were spared from this disruption but later proven incorrect mammals do have the same pathway from the pancreas(Erie, 2017).
In this pathway the synthesis of amino acids occurs. However with round up the EPSPS ( an enzyme in Round Up) blocks this process. When it’s blocked the plant dies, no mention of what happens to humans.(Bercerill, 1989). Life estate patented as anti-microbial (Monsanto, 2010) has shown to disrupt that bacteria causing an overgrowth of pathogen’s(Maes, 2011). Thus depression is an inflammatory disease (Keon, 2017).?
One of the safest and most effective treatments for detoxing from heavy metals is chlorella vulgaris. Analogy that attracts heavy metals and removes them from the body(Yuen’s, 2014). NASA has used chlorella and Spira Lena both super foods since 1965. If you take a tour of the space station you will see there is no medical facility and no medical treatment mentioned. If you take a tour of the space station you will see there is no medical facility and no medical treatment mentioned So what did the astronauts do if they get ill or injured? They must take care of it themselves inside of their space suit and they use Carella and spare Alina because it make sure immune system 35 times stronger.
