We ended up just going up to the Thousand Islands this past weekend. We have been Moochdocking at my parents house for a little more than a month now, and we have been getting the itch to get out and about! We are staying with family for a while and love it but at the same time want to get back on the road!

So another "eventful" week! We went on more walks and a little hike at Hamlin Beach State Park. We spent a day at the beach which was actually a nice day. We are still waiting to hear back from a dealer about the Lance Camper that we are looking at.

This week I finally got a great phone call from a "closer" dealer in Ohio. They just received in a 2185 so we could check it out! We are really excited to order one this summer and make it into our new home! We also got to visit with some friends in Ohio, and have a nice relaxing fun weekend.

Not much about full time RV'ing this week! We are just staying with family, going on lots of walks, and unfortunately eating a lot! We did get the new iPhone SE which we were excited about! We went from our old SE to a new SE!

This week we had the hardest day of our lives. We had to lay Kreture to rest on 4-30-2020. She really was the best dog and friend we could ever have. We will always miss you Kreture.

This week was a tough week. We got back to our home base which at this time is unfortunately in NY! This week we had to say good bye to Kreture, which was a very hard day and made the week very tough.

Not much of a video this week. We left Virginia and finally went back "home" to do a few months of driveway surfing in western NY with family. We are excited to share some big news with you!

This week we didn't do a ton but Saturday we had a great day! We went on a couple quick hikes including a very small section of the Appalachian Trail. We also took a long drive through a section of the Blue Ridge Parkway and some side roads branching off the Parkway. We then ended it with a great meal and a beer!

This week we said "See you later" to family and hit the road again, but not before drawing up some new plans. We were going to head back to Western New York, but decided to make a pit stop in Virginia for a couple weeks. We checked out Downtown Staunton Virginia, even knowing it was mainly going to be closed. This is going to be a pit stop for sure the next time we come through! It is a beautiful downtown and there are a couple places we really want to visit in the future. Also Happy Easter everyone!!

We are Moochdocking with family for a couple weeks before we head towards home. Not too much to do so we were mainly just hanging out this week. We also played with fire, oh and our camper could have burnt down....

This week we checked out Carlsbad Caverns after we got to Brantley Lake State Park. It is definitely a cool National Park! We had a somewhat chili week so we didn't do too much else until the weekend when we went down into Texas to see the Guadalupe Mountains National Park. This is a park I wish we had more time at, there are some really good hikes that we didn't have time to do.

We are still at Bottomless Lake State Park this week. So it started off as a cold week again.... But we had a little Valentine's Day celebration, and found a couple Christmas presents! We finally tried the "secret" cave hike at the end of the week, which had the ancient Native American pictographs on the wall. We ended the week with another quick walk through Roswell and checked out a couple more stores.

Welcome back to our RV travel adventures! This week we check out the New Mexico Museum of Space, although they are closed on Tuesdays! We also went on the White Sands Sunset Tour. Which was very informative but the sunset was a little disappointing. We ended the week with the worlds biggest pistachio!

This week we went on a couple hikes, I actually got to do one by myself so I ended up going for 6 miles! We also checked out the zoo in Alamogordo, on two separate occasions. The zoo in Alamogordo is actually the oldest zoo in the southwest! We ended the week checking out a small mountain town called Cloudcroft.

So it snowed again, not that happy about that... But we did get to check out the UFO Museum, the Space Walk, and eat some good food! We also talked to the owners of the Rustic Essential Soap Company on 125 N. Main Street in Roswell New Mexico. They gave us some recommendations on things to check out and a cool hike that we botched a little bit but stay tuned next week to check out the hike!

We spent our last week in Galveston TX hanging out with a couple friends and walking the beach! Then came the LONG weekend! We traveled from Galveston Texas to Raleigh North Carolina, 1,234 miles in a day and a half! We are now moochdocking with family and will now probably stay a month. We are enjoying seeing family but we do miss the beach already!!

So this week my parents headed home and most of the attractions closed by the middle of the week. We are lucky to be at an RV resort so we still have access to a hot tub and some pools, so we can keep Blythe busy. We also got together with a few friends we have been hanging out with in Galveston. This week we checked out a couple cool areas in Galveston! Not to mention my parents came to visit us, well Blythe at least! We checked out the Moody Gardens Rain Forest, Aquarium, and ended the night with a great meal at Ginos Italian Restaurant. The Next day we spent cruising the Boardwalk at Kemah Boardwalk. We road some rides, had a burger, and checked out some of the shops!

This Week we checked out the Houston Zoo and took a good walk through historic downtown Galveston. The zoo was great but getting there was a challenge! The first Tuesday of every month is a free admission day as well. After that the rest of the week we just hung out at the RV park since there is a lot to do there and caught up on some chores. On Saturday we checked out Downtown Galveston and had the best cheeseburger we have had in a while at a hole in the wall bar.

This week we checked out the pool in Artesia NM, and then got ready to book it the "12 hours" to Galveston TX. We are excited for a change of scenery! We traded in the desert sand for the beach sand!

SO.. We have not put up a video in a while. So this is for week 16 and 17. We did not do much week 16 except see some friends from back home! It was great meeting up with you Mark and Sue! Week 17 was interesting, we were all sick at some point and I was sick on Christmas. I had enough strength to get through the present opening for Blythe and then I hit the sack to sleep and unfortunately sweat all day! We left Arizona for New Mexico and now we have officially had snow in New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona! Part of the reason we wanted to travel was to get out of the cold! It's warmer in New York by the way!!

We apologize for some of this video it's mostly us bickering at each other! But we did get a date night early on in the week! We went to Riverbend Hot Springs in Truth or Consequences. Then on Tuesday we dropped off Theresa's parents at the airport and took a little rest for most of the week, At the end of the week we did check out the Farmers and Crafters Market in Las Cruces. On Sunday (today) we had a travel day and had a little trouble getting level!

This week we actually got to see a couple of the sites and we were excited. We started it off a little slow checking out some large roadside attractions and Old Mesilla. We had some great food this week in Hatch and some not so great food. The best part was seeing White Sands National Park! We were so excited to see this park and it did not disappoint! On the way to White Sands we checked out the White Sands Missile Museum which was on the way and has some really cool history.

We stayed at Rockhound State Park in New Mexico this week, and we lost power a couple of times. We checked out some of Deming New Mexico throughout the week and also finally managed to squeeze in a couple of quick hikes. Blythe also got to finally see Frozen II and if your in Deming you have to check out Elisa's Pies and Restaurant!

This week we went to DisneyLand with my parents and then relaxed for most of the week. We dropped off my parents in Phoenix and met up with some old friends! The last part of the week was mainly laundry and hot tub time!
