Smoking some of the cod fishes from yesterday up at my off grid cabin in the woods. First time ever I do this, so I am very much in a learning prosess here. I think the result came out ok, will try it for dinner tomorow.

My last fishing trip, and all the work involved to the end product of filet, salted bacalao and cat fish from the waste. Only arctic cod fish, probably the most fresh and toxic free food there is on this plannet, and I very much enjoy fishing it, work with it and eating it. A geat way of spending some of my time as retired. Exiting and very useful.
