We joined the Watchmen to discuss Fellowship 🫱🫲
Join ministers Jerry Touchstone, Justin Teal, and Jonathan Kegebein, here LIVE, and Fellowship with us for a while.
In this Facebook LIVE event, the Watchmen discuss Apostolic Fellowship.
What does the Bible tell about Fellowship?
Relative to Fellowship, what did the original church do, as seen in the book of The Acts Of The Apostles?
Let’s Go!!
FORWARD NOTE:
Although we did do a Live Event discussion about “Unity”, we only had time to scratch the surface and introduce the concept of “Unity” and overall Love for every member of the Body of Christ.
We want to go a little deeper than talking about unity, by getting where we actualize fellowship.

🦶 🧼 Foot Washing...
Whose feet did Jesus wash?
Answer: His Followers
Whose feet did He say to wash?
Answer: One another's feet
(Followers washing followers)
This is a church family function.
This is NOT a subtle inclusion of sin.
John 13:10
10 Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.

🙏 Forgiveness… with Pastor Tony Hegwood
In this exciting episode, my pastor and I discussed the topic of forgiveness; mercy, the burden of a grudge, stories of redemption, and that stewardship plays into the balance of this.
Matthew 18:35
35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
As you can see from that passage, this is a heaven or hell issue!
How about balance?
-There is the stewardship aspect:
Do I take what God has placed into my hands and continue to place it in the hands of them who have broken trust? Obviously not. That would make me a bad steward of what God is placing into my hand.
For example, someone threatened the safety of my wife and son. I have forgiven them. But as the goodman of the house, I cannot allow what God has placed into my care to be put in danger again.
— I think some people will continue to place their hearts and stewardship in the hands of those who have broken trust over and over again, I think they do that, because they enjoy the sinful pleasure of unforgiveness. They won’t remove that Sub stewardship from the people who keep breaking that trust because they so much enjoy holding a grudge.
-God gives us a whole lot of stewardship; our calling, our election, our family, our circle of friends, our time..
However, when it comes to vengeance: God said “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”!
So avenge not yourselves!
Romans 12:19-21
19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
So “lay aside every weight and sin”. Forgive and let it go.

🤲 Unto God…
We live unto God.
Romans 6:11
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
..from Satan unto God…
Acts 26:17-18
17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
…come out from among them, and be ye separate…
2 Corinthians 6:16-18
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Pray, as someone who is separated from the world, unto God.
Matthew 6:6
6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Dissolver of Doubts...
Do you want to be more like Daniel? Well, you can.
There are a lot of folks out there, who believe in the Lord. And they are hungry for someone to help them with their unbelief. They are hungry for someone to boost their faith - to speak faith into their lives. Their hearts cry out “Lord, I believe, but help thou my unbelief.”
Daniel 5:12
12 Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.
Acts 13:43
43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.
