Javagal Srinath first ODI wicket and debut match vs Pakistan at Sharjah in 1991
Javagal Srinath, who is perhaps the fastest bowler in Indian history, signaled a turning point for Indian pace bowling after Kapil Dev's swing captured the public's attention. Javagal Srinath made his ODI debut against Pakistan in the 2nd match of the Willis Trophy at Sharjah on October 18, 1991. He made an impressive debut by taking 1 for 31 in 9 overs, which helped India beat Pakistan by 60 runs.
Srinath went on to have a successful ODI career, taking 315 wickets in 229 matches at an average of 28.09. Srinath was the first Indian fast bowler to take more than 300 wickets in one-day internationals. Srinath could have achieved a lot more if not for having to watch from the sidelines during his initial years and having to combat several injuries right through his playing days. Let's get into the video.
Srinath was a frontline fast bowler for the Indian cricket team until his retirement, and the second Indian pace bowler after Kapil Dev to take 200 Test match wickets. After Kapil Dev retired, Srinath led the Indian fast-bowling attack for over nine years. He remains India's second-highest international wicket-taker with 315, second only to Anil Kumble. In the four World Cups he played in 1992, 1996, 1999, and 2003, he took 44 wickets and was the joint-highest wicket-taker for India in World Cups with Zaheer Khan.[4] He is one of the fastest bowlers to have played for India.
Srinath retired from international cricket after the 2003 Cricket World Cup in South Africa. After retirement, Srinath had a stint as a TV commentator and later became a member of the ICC match referee panel.

Amazing Moments: Shikra Bird of Prey on Lizard
You are absolutely right! Shikra birds are known predators, and lizards are definitely on their menu. Their sharp talons and beaks are perfectly adapted for capturing and consuming these reptiles. Shikras are agile and efficient hunters with excellent eyesight and maneuverability. They can quickly spot lizards basking in the sun or hidden amongst foliage. While lizards are common prey, Shikras also target other small animals like snakes, rodents, insects, and small birds. Sometimes, Shikra pairs may even work together to take down larger prey, such as bigger lizards or small mammals. The shikra (Accipiter badius) is a small bird of prey in the family Accipitridae found widely distributed in Asia and Africa where it is also called the little banded goshawk. The African forms may represent a separate species but have usually been considered as subspecies of the shikra. The shikra is very similar in appearance to other sparrowhawk species including the Chinese goshawk (Accipiter soloensis) and Eurasian sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus).

Hoopoes are colorful birds found across Africa, Asia, and Europe
Behavior and ecology
Hoopoes are colorful birds found across Africa, Asia, and Europe, notable for their distinctive "crown" of feathers. In what was long thought to be a defensive posture, hoopoes sunbathe by spreading out their wings and tail low against the ground and tilting their heads up; they often fold their wings and preen halfway through. They also enjoy taking dust and sand baths. Adults may begin their molt after the breeding season and continue after they have migrated for the winter. You can also learn how to pronounce Hoopoe in two ways. Hoopoes are widespread in Europe, Asia, and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Madagascar.

Laughing Dove is Diurnal Bird
As far as laughing dove behavior is concerned, diurnal birds spend most of their time foraging on the ground. They are usually seen in pairs or small parties, and rarely in larger groups. Larger groups are formed, especially when drinking at waterholes in arid regions. Small numbers assemble on trees near waterholes before flying to the water's edge, where they can suck up water like other members of the pigeon family. Their flight is quick and direct, with regular beats and an occasional sharp flick of the wings characteristic of pigeons in general. The common call of these birds is a low rolling ‘croo-doo-doo-doo-doo’ with a rising and falling amplitude. The laughing dove's average life span is 5 to 10 years.

Crested Lark Singing Songs
In this video, you will hear the melodic singing of crested larks in the open fields. The crested lark (Galerida cristata) is a species of lark widespread across Eurasia and northern Africa. It is a non-migratory bird, but can occasionally be found as a vagrant in Great Britain. The crested lark is a songbird with a liquid, a warbling song described onomatopoeically as a whee-whee-wheeoo or a twee-tee-too. It sings in flight from high in the sky, at roughly 30 to 60 m (98 to 197 ft) above the ground. The related Eurasian skylark exhibits similar behavior but also sings during its ascent, whereas the crested lark sings either at altitude or on the ground. Their flight pattern is an example of undulatory locomotion.

Andy Roberts Brutual Three Deliveries to Tony Greig in 1976
It is difficult to quantify the impact Andy Roberts had when he first emerged in the early 1970s. Watch this video to witness how Andy Roberts' three brutal deliveries against Tony Greg in the first innings of the 1976 First Test at Nottingham left the captain stunned with a beautiful thunderbolt. Andy Roberts was hitting his stride at a very fast pace at this point in his career.
Dennis Lillee called him the most complete fast bowler he had seen at the time. However, the foundation of his game, at least in the early years, was some significant pace. He was part of the West Indies team that won the first two Prudential World Cups in England in 1975 and 1979.
John Snow feels that Roberts saw reduced effectiveness after being over bowled by Hampshire and West Indies in 1974.
Andy Roberts took 28 wickets in five Tests in England in 1976, including ten in the match at Lord's and nine at Old Trafford. During that series, he reached 100 Test wickets in just his 19th match. At that times, only five bowlers have ever got there faster and none of them was a bowler of true pace. He is still 7th fastest bowler to reach the 100 wickets milestones in Test cricket.

Bluethroat (Luscinia svecica) Identification and Distribution
The bluethroat (Luscinia svecica) is a small passerine bird that was formerly classified as a member of the thrush family Turdidae, but is now more generally considered to be an Old World flycatcher, Muscicapidae. It, and similar small European species, are often called chats. It is a migratory insectivorous species breeding in wet birch wood or bushy swamps in Europe and across the Palearctic, with a foothold in western Alaska.
It nests in tussocks or low, dense bushes. It winters in the Iberian Peninsula, the northern half of Africa, and in southern Asia (among others, including the Indian subcontinent). The bluethroat bird is similar in size to the European robin at 13–14 cm. It is plain brown above, except for the distinctive black tail with red side patches. It has a strong white supercilium.
Despite the distinctive appearance of the males, recent genetic studies show only limited variation between the forms, and confirm that this is a single species. Moults begin in July after breeding and are completed in 40–45 days, before the birds migrate. The male has a varied and very imitative song. Its call is a typical chat chack noise.

Allan Donald 6 Wickets on Test Match debut vs West Indies at Barbados 1992-93
If credit for South Africa's success in the modern era could be given to one player, that would be Allan Donald. He made his test debut on April 18, 1992, at the age of 26 against the West Indies in the one-off test tour to the West Indies at Barbados, a test match that also marked the historic occasion of being South Africa's first test in nearly 22 years since their readmission. The test match also marked South Africa's first-ever test match against a non-white nation, as it was also their first test ever against the West Indies. On his debut, he scored a pair, including a 21-ball duck in the first inning. However, he shined with the ball on his test debut, picking up six wickets (2–67 and 4–77) for the match, including a four-wicket haul in the second innings. He also picked up the prized wicket of Brian Lara. However, the West Indies managed to win the one-off test by 52 runs to take the series 1–0.
