Potatoes have got to be one of the most comforting ingredient in comfort foods. Rivaled only by pasta. This brings me to a special dish growing up. Scalloped potatoes. The key to making great scalloped potatoes is adding in the flavor. This recipe uses Rosemary, Caramelized onions and Garlic.

I decided to make this video a few weeks ago. All things were going according to my usual video production plan. It then hit me. What kind of Linguine with Clams am I going to make? The white?
