Invest in blue light-blocking glasses or use apps that filter out blue light on our devices! 🚫💻Most devices have some form of night mode . . 2️⃣ Embrace Natural Light: Get outside and soak up those rays! Expose yourself to natural light during the day to sync your internal clock.
