1 Egg
60g(6Tbsp)Sugar
130ml Milk
2g(1/2 Tsp) Salt
1Tsp Vanilla extract
150g (1,1/4cup) Cake flour or all-purpose flour
5g (2/3Tbsp) Baking powder
50ml Cooking oil
Low heat
20cm Small frying pan
10g Unsalted butter
15g(1.5 Tbsp) unrefined sugar or sugar
2 Bananas
25 minutes on low heat(very low heat)
5 minutes on low heat
* (Tbsp)- tablespoon (Tsp)- teaspoon
*Just put the ingredients in order and mix them together, and the dough is done. It's really simple, so it takes 5-10 minutes!
*You need to use a 20cm small frying pan to make a thick cake.(Increase the amount of dough when using a large frying pan)
*I used coarse-grained non-standard sugar, but if you don't have it, you can use the sugar you have
*If the sound of cooking is too strong while cooking over low heat, reduce the heat a little more
Conversely, if there is no reaction after baking for more than 5 minutes, adjust the fire a little stronger (it can't be ruined)

🥣 ingredients:
75g | 1/2 cup raw cashews
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bell pepper
120ml | 1/2 cup tomato sauce
400g | 14oz firm tofu
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp Italian herbs
1/2tbsp Korean chilli flakes
salt to taste
parsley
10 small tortillas
🥣 Sauce ingredients :
75g | 1/2 cup raw cashews
120ml | 1/2 cup water
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
❗These tortilla wraps can be frozen for up to 3 months.
❗You can modify the filling up to your taste and ingredients preference. I share my new recipe ideas.
❗You can substitute tofu for dairy-free cashew ricotta.
🥣Method:
Soak 75g | 1/2 cup raw cashews in a boiling water for 15 minutes
Dice 1 onion
Sauté diced onion until translucent for about 3-4 minutes
Cut 2 garlic cloves
Cut 1 medium bell pepper and place to to a frying pan. Cook for about 7 minutes.
Add 120ml | 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Grate 400g | 14oz firm tofu
Season with 1tsp ground cumin, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tsp Italian herbs, 1/2tbsp Korean chilli flakes and salt to taste
For the cashew sauce blend until smooth 75g | 1/2 cup raw cashews and 120ml | 1/2 cup water
Mix in to the tofu mixture
Chop parsley, add to the pan and mix well.
Drizzle or spray baking dish with oil.
Spoon about 2tbsp filling onto tortilla and roll.
Place to a baking dish and repeat with remaining tortillas.
Drizzle or spray with a little oil.
Bake in the preheated oven at 400F | 200C for 25 minutes.
As an option you can serve tortillas with sriracha sauce and avocado dip.

Ingredients
½ Onion
3 cloves of garlic
200g Ground beef
Salt, black pepper, and paprika
Olive oil
10g Parsley
2 Tortilla
Mozzarella cheese
Recipe:
Medium heat
Olive oil
1/2 onion
Thinly dice the onion
Add the onion to the pan
Fry for about 2 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
Tortilla (23cm)
Cut an inch around the tortilla
Dice the leftover tortilla
Add to the pan
Fry for 2 minutes
200g ground beef
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
10g parsley or green onion
Chop finely
Add to the pan
Set aside
1 tortilla (23cm)
Mozzarella cheese
Add the meat inside of the tortilla
Sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese
Cover with the small tortilla
Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on the edges
Fold the sides of the tortilla like this
Cover with a plate to hold the shape in place
Medium heat
Olive oil or butter
Flip the tortilla over using the plate
Transfer the tortilla to the pan
Brush some oil on top
Fry for 3 minutes
Use the plate to flip the tortilla over
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!
So crispy and delicious!
Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack!
