Sharpening your knives on a budget
I don't like spending a ton of time and money on sharpening my knives. That's why I've employed this method. Sure, there are better tools and methods, but for those of us with things to do, that use our knives like the tools they're meant to be, this works great and is quick.

Exploding Target Tree Removal (Over 500K views on YouTube)
Using legal, readily available binary exploding targets for a little "landscaping" on private property.
*Please excuse video quality, this was filmed around 2012 with a mid-grade digital video camera.
Quick Desc:
Taking out a couple dead trees on private property using H2 exploding binary targets. Used 3 targets... 8lbs, 2lbs, and 1lbs.
Backstory: The trees in this video were in danger of falling into a privately used driveway that can be seen in the video. The homeowner gave explicit permission to use this method to help take the trees down. Due to financial and other reasons the homeowner opted not to cut the trees down in a traditional fashion due to leaving a stump that would have to be professionally removed via bulldozer or other equipment. This method left a small crater that was easily filled with nothing more than a shovel. The trees were cut and hauled away directly after.
The video was made to document our process and for entertainment purposes, realizing that this isn't a traditional approach. It's not recommended for anyone to do this unless proper procedures, safety, and law is followed, as all was followed in this instance.
*All was done legally, safely, on private property. All was in accordance with law. Targets were transported unmixed, and were mixed on-site (according to law). All individuals and animals were accounted for and in a safe distance from the explosion when conducted. Bullets traveling over 2000 feet per second were used in detonation, as this is the only, and preferred method.*
