Tuesday February 13, 2024. Bench press has always been one of those exercises I always struggled with. The routine Ive developed for myself through constant evaluation and trial and error has really propelled me to weights and rep counts I havent ever come close to approaching.
This video shows you the weight I am using right now for full bench press to try to get me get me to the next progression in this journey.
I set a goal for myself to be able to bench press 225 pounds for 100 disciplined, full range reps. Ive worked hard to learn what worka beat for my body in this process. How many body beat responds to everything involved with the workout, and recovery to maximize my outcomes and results.
These routines have made my bench the strongest it ever has been, and by a very conaiderable margin.

Episode 4: My thoughts on the temptation to use performance enhancers
The only thing I have ever used in my life has been whey and plant protein powders for very short spells. I dont use either of them now for reasons I have states.
I do not agree with people advocating, supporting, glorifying, notmalizing or celebrating the use of any performance enhancers. I have never and will never use them. I have never even remotely considered it. It has always been so far removed from me that it is aatoniahing to me how commonly they are used now.
If you talk to anyone who uses these or has, they almost resoundingly say they regret it. They say it had little impact on their gains, and in fact the reverse held true in most cases.
These substances arent supposed to be usedby humans. They are all very dangerous, toxic, poisonous and destructive. They will destroy your health, quality of life and shorten your life span...in some cases by a lot.
I do not support the use of any Testosterone, unless its for specific medical purposes, Creatine or Pre Workout.
Enjoy your lifting journey. Dont compare yourself to others ever. Live clean and stay healthy.
