What I Did in RIGA IN 24 HOURS Join me as we discover the amazing city of Riga. We set off from the city centre and made our way to the enchanting old town of Riga. On the way, we strolled along the famous Art Nouveau District, met the locals and explored the beauty the city has to offer. Riga's old town is a real fairytale; we discover why the city was a popular movie set during the Soviet era. No city experience would be complete without visiting a local market and today we visited two. The Riga Central Market and the Agenskalns Market where we had an amazing food experience. We end our day indulging in local delicacies and top it off with an amazing folk experience at the famous Folksclubs Ala.
