INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
12 slices bacon
2 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
1.In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
2.In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add eggs and scramble, 3 minutes, then stir in chives.
3.On a cutting board, lay out three strips of bacon. Sprinkle the bottom third with cheddar and top with a large spoonful of scrambled eggs. Roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining cheese and eggs.
4.Return skillet to heat and add bacon roll-ups seam side down. Cook until crispy on all sides, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate until ready to serve.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 oz. coconut butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup So Nourished erythritol sweetener
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
1.If your coconut oil isn't already liquid, start by melting it. Melt your coconut butter in the same manner so that it is more manageable.
2.In a mixing basin, blend together the pumpkin puree, coconut butter, and coconut oil.
3. Add your preferred sweetener; we chose erythritol. Additionally, add the pumpkin pie spice. Cinnamon will do if you don't have pumpkin pie spice. Additionally, about 2 tablespoons.
4. Add the batter for your fat bombs into your containers once it has been blended. You can use an ice cube tray or candy molds, like we did!
5. In the end, lightly brown and fragrantly toast some pecans that have been cut on a dry skillet over medium heat. While toasting is not required, the nutty flavor is greatly enhanced.
6. Each fat bomb should have some pecan pieces on top, which should be carefully pressed into place.
7.Eat after setting in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS
2 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella for about 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds. Add almond flour, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and a few cracks black pepper. Using your hands, knead dough a few times until a smooth ball forms.
3. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle ⅛” thick. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into triangles.
4. Spread chips out on prepared baking sheets and bake until edges are golden and starting to crisp, 12 to 14 minutes.
