added option to pick mini or regular barbarian added some animated skulls fixed transition text screens fixed some audio glitches add spark when you strike a boss so its clear you made a hit you cannot kill boss unless all minor enemies are dead first made skill variety level 1-3 much different in # of enemies and hit points and lives. Easy level is passable for most people medium & hard levels for replayablility.

This is the f18a video version. Changed the music out to less screechy music. Most of a full run through.

level 4 get on a moving platform, jump up, hit button to grab rope, move up & down rope. hold other fire button to rotate and grab diamond exit to screen right. nearly impossible to do!!! But I was able to complete it once at least.

hard but not impossible game. level 1 jumping rather than walking and press down to drop the board or just survive for 1 minute to advance level 2 survive 1 minute by running ducking & throwing bomb back at him. level 3 match 2 same coloured doors then afte all 8 open exit through stairs door level 4 get on a moving platform, jump up, hit button to grab rope, move up & down rope. hold other fire button to rotate and grab diamond exit to screen right. nearly impossible to do!!!

THIS IS A REVISED VERSION!!! I have replaced all the music and I think it's much better. You can turn off the music anyways if you don't like it. I made the flying sequence much easier. -less obstacles. -slower flying speed runs about 60% the original speed which was too fast -more bombs -changed controls so button 1 is fire, button 2 is bomb and thrust has been moved to keypad 1 -you use the bombs more often so control is now button 2 fixed a few soldier rooms that were very difficult to be much easier to pass. -added some platforms to make jumps easier -reduced some spikes in areas -generally a little easier but not easy. -new title screen -new box & manual -new enigma graphic rather than just a text screen when you reach that goal https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/LeoBrophyDesigns?ref=seller-platform-mcnav

Just out and about in toronto , riverdale farm and the CNE.

Here I completea run through (took me 3 games as I kept dying too many times) of Mr Turtle and to the game over screen. Everything works good now. no more scrolling no more intellivoice added the octopus boss as the final stage to complete game after you collect all 5 previous pearls fixed some problem spots in flip screens where you fall down. (left some in on purpose too) forrest (large bird) caves (ghost) snow level(large bird) swamp alligators (though one never showed in this run through) Water (shark) Octopus

Toronto snow day. Nice to get some real amount of snow for a change.

Adding a new boss level: Still working on it. arms hurt you if you hit them going down. Will prevent you from passing them which can cause you to drown. You can hit them to make it retract with the pitchfork. grab some coins while you are at it and reload with another pitchfork. Can be defeated after a few hits. I temp prevented drowning while working on it.

Improved gameplay due to scrolling was causing most of the errors. plays smoother and I fixed some of the maps up. very playable now. Still some smoothing of the layout to go.

I think he's digging for grubs or worms. Don't usually see them during daylight hours so it was unusual. about 7AM EST.
