It’s part of a series of Berkey filter systems that are designed to store large amounts of filter water. Unfortunately, the water filtration performance left much to be desired. The results of our third-party lab testing showed that the Travel Berkey only reduced some harmful contaminants, but wasn’t able to completely remove them. The analysis showed dichloromethane, bromodichloromethane, uranium, lithium, cadmium, arsenic, and total THMs levels were all present in the water.
