BMW R100rs Restoration
In the mid 90's my father had a motorcycle accident. Thankfully he was fine, however the bike, a 1983 BMR R100RS, was nearly written off. Initially my father took the opportunity to strip the bike down with the intention of restoring to new, unfortunatley time caught up with him and the bike remained partly stripped down for more than 20 years in a damp cold garage. In 2016 I took the plung and recovered the bike to restor myself. My first attempt at this sort of thing, I have rellied on calls to my father, hours of Youtube watching and studying workshop manuals. This films takes three years and about 1% of trials and tribulations of restoring the BMW back to its factory release condition (sort of).

Motorcycle Tour of Ireland 20217
After our 2014 Ireland trip, I’ve been itching to return and complete the entire coastline of Ireland in particularly finishing the Wild Atlantic Way. In 2014 we had beautiful sunshine for the eight days of the tour, in fact it was like a mediterranean holiday so for our 16 day tour we decided to go back at the same time of year unfortunately this time round was very different. This is our 2017 road trip starting from Dublin and travelling anti-clockwise round the coastline of N. Ireland and onto the Wild Atlantic Way in the northern part of R. Ireland.
This Northern stretch of coastline is definitely quieter than the southern part with its own individual charm.
With big thanks to 'The Balladeer', a musician we met on our 2014 trip who graciously allowed us to us his music royalty free on our little video.
(For Rumble fans, the 2017 trip is the first to be uploaded, 2014 to follow), my Tarrantino moment
