Instant Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets 250g
-Cooking oil 1 &½ tbs
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne V2 Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 3/4 Cup
-Sugar 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Chawal (Rice) basmati V½ kg (soaked & boiled with
salt)
-Knorr chicken powder 1 tbs
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves a Cup

Directions:
-Cut chicken fillet into thin strips & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil and eggs,mix well and cook

-Add chicken powder and mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,white pepper

-Now add eggs,green onion leaves and mix.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Ingredients:
Prepare Kadhi:
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) sour V2 kg
-Pani (Water) 1 &V½ Cups
-Oil 3 tbs
-Curry pata (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 2 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 &½ tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 2 tbs or to taste
-Pani (Water) 4 Cup
-Pani (Water) 3 Cups
Prepare Pakoray:
-Baisan (Gram flour) 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Baking soda 4 tsp
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 4 Cup
Tadka:
-Oil 4 Cup
-Pyaz (0nion) sliced 1 smal
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves
-Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies) 4-5
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Curry pata (Curry leaves) 8-10
Directions:
Prepare Kadhi:
-In frying pan,add gram flour and roast until fragrant &
let it cool.
-In bowl,add roasted gram flour,yogurt and mix well.
-Gradualy add water and mix well until smooth and
set aside.
-In pot,add oil,curry leaves,cumin seeds,ginger garlic
paste and mix well.
-Add turmeric powder,red chili powder,salt and mix
well.
-Add water and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add gram flour yogurt mixture and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook
on low flame (approx. 2 & ½ hours) and keep stirring
in between.
Prepare Pakoray:
-In pot,add gram flour,salt,baking soda and mix well.
-Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth
batter.
-Add coriander seeds,red chili powdergreen
chilies,onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
-In wok,heat oil and fry pakoray until crispy and
golden.
-Now add fried pakoray in kadhi,stir gently and cook
for 1-2 minutes.
For Tadka:
-In frying pan,add oil,onion and fry until translucent.
-Add garlic and fry.
-Add whole red chilies and mix,add cumin seeds,curry
leaves and mix well.
-Now add tadka on kadhi and serve with rice.

Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 2 large
-Caster sugar 4 Cup
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted V2 Cup (100 gms) room
temperature
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cup
-lcing sugar
Directions:
-In bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and beat for 2-3
minutes.
-Add butter and beat until well combined.
-Add salt,vanilla essence,cocoa powder and beat well.
-Add all-purpose flour and fold it with the help of the
spatula.
-In 8 x 8 inch baking pan,place butter paper and pour
prepared batter,spread evenly and tab baking pan for
2-3 times on working counter.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 20-25 minutes
-Insert a tooth pick/stick in baked brownie, if it comes
clean,brownie is ready.

-Let it cool down and cut into desired pieces.
-Sprinkle icing sugar & serve!
-Can be store for up to 2-3 days in air tight container
on shelf and can be freeze for up to 1 month than

Directions:
-In a bowl add eggs, water, black pepper crushed, salt,
whisk well (no white strands or yolk) & set aside.
-In a non-stick frying pan add butter and let it melt.
-Add whisked eggs, stir gently on low flame until eggs
are cooked evenly (5-6 minutes).
-Roll out the omelet when completely solid & cooked.
-Add butter in the pan and toss the omelet roll on it.
-French omelet is ready to serve.
