Following Jesus: Who was Abram? -Ep 10
The passages referenced in this episode are Genesis chapters 13 and 14
What did you get out of the episode this week?
Was there one point that really stood out to you?
Genesis 13:14-18
14 The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward, 15 for all the land that you see I will give to you and to your offspring forever. 16 I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if one can count the dust of the earth, your offspring also can be counted. 17 Arise, walk through the length and the breadth of the land, for I will give it to you.” 18 So Abram moved his tent and came and settled by the oaks of Mamre, which are at Hebron, and there he built an altar to the Lord.
Genesis 14:18-24
18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. (He was priest of God Most High.) 19 And he blessed him and said,
“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,
Possessor[b] of heaven and earth; 20
and blessed be God Most High,
who has delivered your enemies into your hand!”
And Abram gave him a tenth of everything. 21 And the king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the persons, but take the goods for yourself.” 22 But Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have lifted my hand[c] to the Lord, God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth, 23 that I would not take a thread or a sandal strap or anything that is yours, lest you should say, ‘I have made Abram rich.’ 24 I will take nothing but what the young men have eaten, and the share of the men who went with me. Let Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre take their share.”

Following Jesus and Trusting His Word - E1
Ok, you went to a church, or revival, or had coffee with a friend and you felt the power of Jesus come over you. You made a decision to give your life to Christ.
Now What?
This series is designed to help Christians learn why they made such a good decision and how to back up their feelings with facts. My hope is that we will all become mature and strong Christians who can love God, love others, and stand on the Word of God unwaveringly.

Integrity and the State of the Union of America ~ What is truth?!
Integrity is a virtue that is all but lost in our country. We laugh about corrupt politicians and events that happen that we know are not right, but the fact is that we as a country are not holding people accountable anymore.
My definition of integrity is who you are when no one else is looking. I believe that the media and our leaders are creating a feeling of complacency in us that needs to end.
It is time to stand up for the truth and reveal the lies from any side and any person. There is such a thing as absolute truth.... and it will set you free.
Men and Women of integrity. It is time to stand up.
