Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake Recipe
Ingredients
All-Purpose flour: 150 gm
Condensed Milk: 150 gm
Salted Butter: 40 gm
Oil: 40 ml
Baking Powder: ½ tsp
Baking Soda: ½ tsp
Tutti Frutti: 70 gm
Fresh Orange Juice: 120 ml
Ossoro Tutti Frooti Flavour: ½ tsp
Method:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl add 150 gm condensed milk, 40 gm salted butter, and 40 ml oil. Mix everything.
Step 2: Using a sifter, sieve 150 gm all-purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda directly into the bowl of wet ingredients.
Step 3: Mix dry and wet ingredients.
Step 4: Start adding fresh orange juice little by little and continue to whisk.
Step 5: Add ½ tsp of Ossoro’s tutti frutti flavor and mix it.
Step 6: The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Step 7: Add 70 gm tutti frutti to the batter and give it a stir.
Step 8: Pour the prepared batter into a greased loaf tin. Sprinkle some tutti frutti on the top as well.
Step 9: Bake this cake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
Step 10: After 30 minutes, take the cake out from the oven and do the toothpick test.
Step 11: Unmould the cake on a wired rack and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Step 12: Slice and serve.

Chocolate Cake mix
*1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
*2 tbsp cocoa powder
*1tsp baking powder
*1/4 tsp baking soda (optional)
In a blender/mixer
*1 cup light mayonnaise
*1 cup sugar
*1/2 cup milk
*1 tsp Vanilla essence
*1 cup cake mix
In a mixer beat together light mayonnaise,sugar and milk.
Add cake mix and pulse 3-4 times. Scrape down all sides n mix well gently.
Spoon 2 tbsp full in muffin cups( I used 9.5 cm).
Tap the tray few times to release the air bubbles.
Bake at 18C for 22- 25 mins.
Note:
You can also transfer the mix to greased n dusted cake tin or loaf tin to bake a moist cake.

Chopped Strawberries - 100 gm
Method

Step 1 - In a bowl take 60 gm thick curd, 100 gm Powdered Sugar, 60 ml Oil, and start whisking it. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
Step 2 - Add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence into it.
Step 3 - Using a whisker, start sifting 125 gm maida.
Step 4 - Add ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt to it as well.
Step 5 - Sieve all the dry ingredients directly into the bowl of wet ingredients.
Step 6 - Start mixing and add 100 ml milk to make a smooth batter.
Step 7 - Add 100 gm chopped strawberries to the batter and mix.
Step 8 - Fill each muffin liner up to 3/4th with the prepared batter.
Step 9 - Bake these in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 min.
Step 10 -After 25 min, take the muffins out from the oven and let these rest for 10 min before serving.

Cake Mix Blueberry Muffin:
1 package of white cake mix (I used Betty Crocker. I’m not sure what the results will be if you use another cake mix)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2/3 cup of milk, room temperature
3 large eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and well drained)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin cups with liners.
Combine dry cake mix, flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Beat wet ingredients together and add mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into muffin cups.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Apple Pie Biscuits
8 frozen biscuits thawed and at room temperature
1 21 oz can of apple pie filling (or fruit filling of choice)
1 stick of unsalted butter, melted (do not use margarine)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg (or to taste)
Icing Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of half & half (may use milk or whipping cream)
Instructions
Grease your cast iron skillet or casserole dish. Put frozen biscuits in your skillet/casserole and cover with a dish towel or plastic wrap and allow your biscuits to thaw.
Once your biscuits have thawed, preheat the oven to 350°F.
Melt the butter in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Dip each biscuit in the butter and dredge both sides of the biscuit in the brown sugar mixture and place the biscuit back in the skillet.
Cut canned apples into smaller pieces and arrange over biscuits.
Pour the remaining butter over biscuits and apples. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture over the biscuits.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking, mix together the powdered sugar and half and half to desired consistency. Drizzle on top of biscuits.
Leftover biscuits can be stored on the countertop, tightly covered for 2-3 days.

How to Make an Easy Apple Pie From Two Ready Pie Crust
This is an easy apple pie that you can put together in no time. I have made this pie many times and it is so easy and so delicious. You can add more sugar if you like it more sweet.
Ingredients
6 apples, green apples, or any apple slightly sour and firm
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (It didn't show in the video)

My Delicious Homemade Cheesecake, Old Fashioned Southern Cooking
Cheesecake-plain or Oreo
1/2 BOX VANILLA WAFERS
6 TBSP. BUTTER OR MARGARINE
3 8OZ. BLOCKS CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
3/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
3 EGGS
2 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
1 1/2 CUPS WHIPPING CREAM
For Crust: Crush half box of wafers and add 6 tbsp. melted margarine and mix well and press into the bottom of a spring form cheesecake pan. For Cake: Put your whipping cream in freezer (10 minutes). Use electric stand mixer with paddle attachment and mix cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. After blended, turn off mixer and scrape sides and bottom of mixing bowl. Now add your cold whipping cream and vanilla. Place in a spring form cheesecake pan and fill to the top. Bake at 350 for first 30 minutes and turn oven down to 325 for last 30 minutes. When cake has set up completely (no jiggles) turn off oven and leave in oven for an hour before removing.
Take spring form off outside of cheesecake and chill before serving. Top with fruit if desired.

How to make muffins at home without oven
How to make muffins at home without oven
Make your muffin batter according to the recipe and then all you do is plug in your sandwich maker to pre-heat after giving it a quick spritz of cooking spray (I then give the panels a quick blot with a paper towel). Mine is so basic it doesn't have an off/on switch. I just plug it in.
Once the maker is hot, and spoon in a few spoonfuls of the batter. Try to avoid over-filling or you'll make a bit of a mess. Then close the lid. The 2nd indicator light will go out when the muffins are done but you can also open the lid to check on them. There isn't really a set time but I would say each batch takes about 5 minutes.
Once the muffins are done, you should be able to pop them out easily. I use a butter knife but the edge of a spatula would work too. You may need to give the panels another spritz of cooking spray, just to make sure nothing sticks.
You get 4 triangular muffins each time. The process is a bit more manual than putting the whole batch in the oven at one time but at least my house isn't 20 degrees hotter! The muffins also come out with a baked "crust" (think the exterior of your traditional muffin base) but inside they are just as fluffy as regular muffins. I actually like muffins better this way!

You can use frozen raspberries, dried or freeze-dried raspberries. Everything works fine, I prefer using chocolate chunks rather than chocolate chips. The size of the cookie depends on how you like. BUt big cookies gives the feeling of having a bakery-style cookie.
