1 mile- 6th overall 5:27.24 5k- 3rd overall 18:18.64 combined timed 4th overall 23:46.08 Was rough day some good competition and I strategized wrong. Could have did better but was worried about blowing up in the mile and then in the 5k I lost time from starting to puke at 2.5 miles in which that cost me. Good race, happy I went tons of cool custom awards. I just am pissed at myself for how I performed.
