@surfandturffamilyadventure9139 This is a Take on Jalapeno Poppers. Instead of cream cheese, we put meat and cheese then wrap the Popper in Kirkland Bacon. The flavor profile makes it different. We used three different cheeses including: Kraft singles, Colby cheese and pepper Jack. The two meats are Beef Hot dogs from Costco and Silva Linguisa. In the Linguisa popper I put a sautéed strip of yellow onion for added flavor. They all turned out different and delicious in their own way.

We Take a 4 day trip to Montana to visit the some sites and see friends. We drive 500 miles in four days over icy roads. The kids go to a College Football game in 15 degree weather It was a great experience but maybe to much driving for 4 days.

We head out to Try the new Hobby Plane. Wind seems to be a problem with this idea. Watch us struggle to control the brand-new plane. The plane we are trying out is: Vecktodisy RC Plane Remote Control Airplane Ready to Fly We will take the plane out on a much better day and test our flying skills. Yep, we mostly liked some of the food. This was an awesome way to spend a rainy day inside. Buying the food items was especially fun. Watching the everyone tasted, smelled, and gagged on different foods makes for a great family memory. The foods that we try we bought at our local Walmart. All of the food items were bought and consumed with respect to those that enjoy the food. It was the first time for many of the food items. All of the food items were canned with one exception the Olives. They include the following: 1. Blue Cheese stuffed green Olives 2. Vienna Sausages in Chicken Broth 3. SPAM 25% less sodium 4. Yellow Fin Tuna in Olive Oil 5. Sardines in Oil 6. Baby Smoked Oysters 7. Greek Lemon and Egg Soup.

Joseph is tasked with building a metal cart. He owns the job and makes it look easy. Not too bad for a 6 year old. It was impressive to see him reading the directions and figuring out how to put this cart together.
