Have you ever heard the saying …
First, the Universe whispers in your ear, then it tickles you with a feather, and finally, it hits you with a train. When you get a signal or a sign to stop what you’re doing. Or a sign that something needs to change – then my recommendation is do it.
Any discomfort tells you that there is something to pay attention to. And what you don’t pay attention to, eventually you pay with pain or worse, you get hit by a train.
Now my reason for sharing this video is because I believe that the Universe is sending us a message. The pressure people are under is a signal that the Universe has increased its intensity in the world. It’s sending a waring humanity a warning.
We both know that humanity has to change its ways.
We’ll, the Universe is saying stop falling under the spell of the 'world-mind' and awaken your spirit. In other words; Stop complying with social pressures. Listening to everyone else about what YOU should do and start listening to your own spirit. There has never been a more important time than now to follow your heart, your internal guidance system and stop reacting to your fears and start acting on your loves, your passions.
Ask yourself. Am I acting on love or am I acting upon fear? Fearful actions are so often destructive and reactive. Conversely, love is constructive and proactive. Following your truth is being true to yourself and not following all the shoulds, musts and have tos of others. This is where people get off track.
When I'm confused or unsure of what to do, I find it useful to ask myself, "What would love do now?"
According to study by Oracle. 45% of People Have Not Felt True Happiness for More Than Two Years. A quarter of our population (25 percent) don't know, or have forgotten, what it means to feel truly happy.
I believe the Universe is placing pressure on us all to evolve. To be who we truly are. Our spirit, not our conditioned or our fearful selves.
So what can you do about it?
The answer is simple, deal with your inner stuff before your external life gets hit.
If you’re relationship needs work – get onto it. Do the work. If you’re beliefs around money need some adjusting, do the inner work. If your career or business is in trouble, get busy on plugging those holes.
If you don’t know how or where to start – get outside help. But don’t waste another day.

If fearful thoughts make you sick can healing words actually cure you - Rik Schnabel
Do you believe that your thoughts can negatively influence your health? Then couldn’t it be true that positive, healing words can help you?
In 2004 an executive who had multiple sclerosis approached me.
He said, “Do you think what you can do, could help me?” I asked him what was his limit. He explained that he had Multiple Sclerosis. I said, “I’ve never helped anyone with MS before.”
He believed in me which excited me and activated my curiosity. I knew that thinking influences physiology. I also knew that the body’s health is due to its biochemistry. I have studied much of the research on the effects of hormones on our physiology. For example, happy thoughts release dopamine, which makes us feel good. Serotonin reduces depression. Endorphins, make us happy and thus help reduce physical pain.
I asked my new client lots of questions. I discovered his beliefs about his health. I found the neurological associations that he created. The language patterns that dominated his life and health. The self-sabotaging stories he continued to tell himself and then I designed a program for him.
As the weeks progressed so did he. His symptoms, little by little reduced. Until finally to our astonishment. He became completely symptom-free and remains so today.
I’ll explain the key components to shift your thinking to improve your health.
Soon we were helping people from all over the world. We helped more people with MS. Then came those with chronic fatigue. Sleep disorders. Depression. Anxiety. Anger issues and resentments. We helped clients with deep personal issues that persisted for years. Then they resolved their issues from a handful of sessions to their delight. Then came those with the BIG life-challenging issues. The big C. Cancer.
To our surprise, we started to see positive results. Clients who were advised by professionals that they had mere months to live – outlived their tumors. Their tumors shrunk and their cancer went into remission.
To improve your health you must first acknowledge that your thoughts create things. Your thoughts and associated emotions of the past have delivered your present situation. So to heal, you must shift your thinking. Don’t blame anyone or yourself. Resentment of any sort is unhelpful to your health.
But first let me take you back to the foundation of this body of work. Back to the 19th century to Emile Coue’. A French psychologist, pharmacist, and hypnotherapist. Coue' introduced a popular method of psychotherapy and self-improvement based on optimistic autosuggestion. Coue’ became the pioneer of the affirmation technique and the placebo effect. He helped hundreds of patients in North America and Europe. How? By teaching them to repeat an affirmation each morning and evening.
Coue’s affirmation, “Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better,” helped patients with spectacular results. His patients’ conscious mind soon believed what they were saying. Repetition builds belief.
Napoleon Hill earlier, stated, “Whatever Your Mind Can Conceive and Believe, it Can Achieve.”
I came to realise that my client’s beliefs were the key to their language patterns. Their language patterns was a byproduct of their thinking. And their thinking derived from their beliefs. If you can improve a person’s beliefs, you unlock the door to release one’s biochemistry to create a state of health. Washing the body with healthy hormones, with healthy thinking so to speak.
You have an incredible ability within your own mind to heal. Specific and healthy thinking can activate parts of the brain such as your pituitary gland. This releases a human growth hormone which is important for growth, cell regeneration, and cell reproduction. HGH helps to maintain, build, and repair healthy tissue in the brain and other organs.

If you want to manifest something that is beyond you ... Then it’s mission-critical to think beyond your current environment. But the challenge that most people face is that every day, our minds are flooded with a constant stream of thoughts. Thoughts range from mundane daily tasks to deeper contemplations about life and the world around us.
According to research, you and I have around 60,000 thoughts per day. Manifesting something outside of your current life gets harder still when you realise that 95% of your thoughts are on repeat. It’s your repeated thoughts that perpetuate your current reality.
To get beyond your limits, you must think as if you are already beyond your limits.
You must see the positives in your future. But feel them like they exist in your present – feel like you have what you desire now or at least it’s on the way. It’s placing your thinking beyond your conditioning.
Sadness, anger, guilt, shame, fear and blame are patterns all have their reasons to exist. You get beyond your problems, when you think beyond your reasons and stop enforcing them. When you stop the story, your life's story changes.
My biggest job as a coach in this space is to help my clients embrace their ability to manifest. Manifest without the fear of feeling foolish.
This is one of the prime reasons that many people don’t get beyond their circumstances and get stuck in ruts.
They’re scared that by believing in the law of attraction that people might think they’re less intelligent or foolish. As a result, they ignore their ability to manifest and perpetuate the same life, day after day, year after year.
I hear people say, the law of attraction is hooey. It’s rubbish and those same people have much to complain about.
Regardless if you believe in the LOA or not, it’s there, delivering your beliefs and expectations to you every day.
I've mastered manifesting now for 23 years. In this video I want to give you the biggest insight I've learned about manifesting. This will mean you manifest 10x faster. One thing you must know is that this is not a thought experiment. It’s a commitment to your growth.
As a coach, the first part of my job, in helping my clients to manifest an alternate life is to help them to shift their beliefs. I mostly help people manifest the growth they need in their businesses and I help them to manifest more money and beliefs are critical.
For example, I helped Hector Ojea double his income after altering his perception of what was possible for him. Another client Jurgen increased his income by $100,000 when he could finally see, in his own mind what was actually possible.
Vladimir doubled his income when I confused his belief system so much so that what was once impossible suddenly sounded double.
Now when it comes to manifesting, there’s one thing that many people miss.
If you want to manifest 10x faster the greatest thing you can do is not just feel in the present what you want in your future. But take action towards your manifestation. This is what is meant by co-creating with the Universe. You are sending a positive signal to the Universe that you are committed and what you are working for is in fact, what you want.
I also teach life coaching and NLP and many of our students need to know how to set up their business. What to do to start getting clients and so forth. So I encourage them to take action as soon as possible. To their surprise they get their first client, and it all escalates from there – because what has never happened before, is now possible.
When my students do something about starting their business straight away. This is a signal that tells the Universe, you’re serious, your committed and nothing sends that signal as powerfully than taking action.
Imagine not rising from your bed until you have a clear vision about what you want from your day and completely embodying that feeling and committing to the action that will progress your vision.
This goes way beyond visualisation. It’s about creating a vibrational match between you and your ideal self.
The thing that you must get is that manifesting what you don’t have in your life, means you have to imagine it’s coming and that’s counterintuitive. If you’re sad. Believe happiness is coming. If your financially struggling. Imagine a windfall is coming your way. If you’re living a dull life. Get excited because you can manifest the life of your dreams when you get beyond your limits.

Money Mind and How to Grow Financial Attraction
A leap in income requires a leap in your thinking. So I thought I would release this today on February 29 as this is a leap year.
On the topic of Money Mind and how to grow your financial attraction … The one question that I get asked most is how do you break through a poverty mindset or any limitation when it comes to money? And the second question is where do you start?
Let me help you in this video. To generate a powerful transformation I like to use the acronym APPLE to explain this.
A.P.P.L.E stands for:
Aware
Plan
Prepare
Leave and
Educate.
Let me explain how to grow your financial attraction using APPLE.
The very first step to creating a shift in your financial attraction is to become AWARE of the limits that come from your own conditioning.
AWARE – Every time you say, “I can’t afford that” or when you wince or squirm when asking for money or a raise – you are telling your body and your mind how little you’re worth. Become aware of what you say and do that limits you. These are things that you do automatically and unconsciously.
The trick is to stop doing them. But of course, we both know how hard it is to alter your unconscious conditioning, so the answer is in the next 2 steps.
PLAN – what is your strategy to alter your conditioning because it’s not going to happen by itself. Personally, I found NLP to be the most effective set of transformational tools to create personal change. In fact, Psychology Today magazine agrees. They said that "NLP is the most powerful vehicle for personal change in existence.”
If not NLP, then what is going to be your strategy to alter your conditioning because nothing will change if you don’t change. The inner work is where the benefits start. So the third step is to:
PREPARE – To apply your plan to do the INNER WORK to enrichen your mindset. This means altering your beliefs about you and money. Changing your income patterns and all your negative associations with money. The great thing about learning NLP is your training company will have a schedule to learn so all you have to do is turn up. This is the most important step.

The fourth step is to:
LEAVE – Your limited mind behind. Let go of all the associations you have that limit your thinking. Consciously stop any and all patterns that tell you that you’re not worth investing in.
Change how you even walk if you have to. Start walking into meetings with your head held high. Allow yourself to see yourself as valuable, powerful, intelligent and a worthy member of society or your community.
New behaviours create new possibilities.
This you can start doing today.
Your Money Mindset is like a balloon.
Every time you feel low or bad about yourself, it’s like putting a pin into your balloon and deflating your self-esteem.
The more energy leaks, the smaller your balloon gets, the smaller the amount of money you attract into your life.
Money is energy and you must do all you can to keep your energy up, instead of down. And finally, never, ever stop learning.
EDUCATE – Yourself about money, business, value and self-esteem to alter your mindset to a much richer way to think. Ask yourself at every crossroad, before every decision. “How do rich people think?” Or what is a richer way to think?

DEFINITIONS:
Coaching refers to the process of working with a trained professional to enhance personal or professional skills, develop strategies for change, and achieve specific goals.
Brain untraining, on the other hand, involves a specialist who consciously rewires thought processes and neural pathways to eliminate negative beliefs, habits, and patterns.
BENEFITS:
The benefits of coaching come from the guidance and support you receive, and you are held accountable by your coach to do what you have said you will do.
The benefits of brain untraining are the help you get to overcome limiting beliefs, release emotional trauma, take the charge out of negative triggers, and cultivate a positive mindset. In a nutshell, it’s removing all the stuck points that stop you from taking the action you need, to create the life you want. It’s metacognition work; changing the thinking that causes the thinking.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE:
Coaching often involves goal-setting, action planning, and accountability. But coaches ask questions and are dissuaded to give advice.
Whereas brain untraining is a blend of coaching, mentoring and therapy. It focuses more on what is stopping you from getting the result you want.
It’s introspective work, self-reflection and reprogramming the subconscious mind. To put this in perspective, I liken it to a computer.
Coaching is where two people are working to put a document together while Brain Untraining is like upgrading your brain’s software to allow you to do more with less effort.
THE DRAWBACKS:
Coaching may sometimes focus more on external goals and performance, while brain untraining may require deep inner work and emotional healing.
But here is where Brain Untraining has a clear advantage.
While coaching is based on the principles of self-determination theory, it recognizes the importance of both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation in driving behavioral change. In other words, all actions toward a result require self-motivation.
Coaching fails to produce a result when the client’s motivation declines.
Unless your coach includes the tools of Neuro Linguistic Programming or Brain Untraining. A coach often struggles to help you with your anxiety or fear or doubt or trauma that leads you to non-action. If they can’t stop you from stopping yourself, the game is over before it’s even begun.
Think of it this way. If I put this in a formula, all achievement is a simple formula.
Decide what you want
+ Find someone who has achieved it
+ Model their strategy = Achievement.
But what happens when you are anxious about one or more of the tasks in the strategy?
What happens when doubt or fear stops you from starting?
What do you do when you’re uncertain about what to do or you’re worried about the risks?
How do you approach a task in the strategy when the stakes are just too high or you’re nervous about what people will say?
The answer to all of these questions is not coaching. It’s brain untraining.
Brain untraining focuses more on rewiring thought processes and neural pathways to effect behavioral change.
Because I teach coaches how to coach and I use the tools of coaching, people think coaching solves all problems, but it doesn’t. That’s why I give our coaches and our coaching students the edge, by showing them how to untrain the brain.

The first thing to understand is, a victim gets their fuel from empathy and sympathy.
An "Oh you poor thing" and "That must have been terrible" are the typical responses that victims receive after sharing their stories. This develops into the perfect partnership between the victim and the rescuer or the healer.
While we can all empathise and 'feel sorry' for the victims in this world, the question is, does it serve the victim. We could argue that at first, it's the caring, kind, and compassionate soul that a victim needs to gain all-important understanding. Though many victims fall into co-dependant partnerships that serve both parties but do not share the greater good or result in a positive and final outcome.
Being a victim is a most debilitating and limiting pattern. A victim is a person who has come to feel helpless and passive in the face of misfortune or ill-treatment. A common catchcry is "I saw myself as a victim" or "I'm the victim here."

How You Can Live A Life Of Freedom From Anywhere In The World
Never before in our history has trust in our leaders and the future of the world hit such lows. We've seen chemical fall out in East Palestine, Ohio is worse than Chernobyl because of the multigenerational toxic dioxins from this train derailment in the soil and groundwater.
