in this video I wanted to take the time to show you a cabin we stayed in in Tennessee. It was the Rosie Roo Ridge cabin. it is a very nice day with lots of room, we had seen a few bear while we were there and had a great time in the quietness of the mountains all within a gated community. now having said that the rooms were all extremely nice and the cabin was stock pretty well with things that we needed and some stuff that we had forgotten. having said that, every single night that we stayed in the master we had heard some noise it had gotten worse the longer we stayed. to the point where we were actually somewhat nervous about going to sleep because we knew we'd be woken up with a lot of ghostly noise. I even took it one step further and went outside just to make sure nothing was out there beating on the house clearly was coming from inside. it gives me goosebumps to even write this. overall the stay was amazing and I would highly recommend staying there especially if you are in to ghost.

This helps prepare your muscles for activity and prevents them from cramping due to sudden strain. 6. **Massage**: Massaging the cramped muscle gently can help relieve the cramp. You can also try using a foam roller or a tennis ball to massage the affected area. 7. **Apply heat or cold**: Applying heat or cold to the cramped muscle may help relax it and alleviate the cramp. You can use a heating pad, warm towel, or take a warm bath for heat therapy, or apply an ice pack wrapped in a towel for cold therapy. 8. **Check your medications**: Some medications, such as diuretics, statins, and certain asthma medications, can increase the risk of leg cramps. If you suspect your medication may be causing cramps, talk to your doctor about possible alternatives. 9. **Maintain good circulation**: Sitting or standing in one position for too long can contribute to leg cramps.
