Spring is finally here and that means bike riding season! This season we had to upgrade a couple of bikes in our household because the boys grew out of their old ones. In this video I did a quick review and initial impressions of the 27.5 inch mountain bikes before we headed out on a ride. The boys are just about the right size for a 27.5 inch mountain bike and we figured these bikes should last them for quite a while. Cooper got the Schwinn Al Comp and Tucker got the Genesis Vilotti. So far they both seem to really enjoy the bikes. We are looking forward to getting a lot of use out of them this spring, summer and fall.

I decided to finally break down and purchase a new bike for our biking adventures. I went with the Schwinn Ascension 29 check out my overview now. I tried a new method to get a pellet fire going in my new SoloStove Stove Mesa fire pit and it worked great. If you have any extra alcohol based hand sanitizer laying around it really is a very convenient way to get a pellet fire going very quickly. I really enjoy my new SoloStove Mesa table top for pit and I'm always looking for new ways to try and get a nice fire going as quickly as possible. I'd read about people using hand sanitizer so I wanted to test it out and see if it works. It was a little windy out but I was more than impressed with the speed at which I was able to get a nice burn going. Check out the video now!

The Stanley Fatmax Powerit is a great tool to have for camping, road tripping, bike trips or just to have around the house. In this video I do a quick gear review of one the most used "tools" I have in garage. The Stanley Fatmax can be used to check your car batter status, jump a dead car batter, check your alternator status, inflate a car/bike tire, and charge anything that can be charged via USB. I've had this for several years and use it all the time. It's just the right size to throw in the trunk of your car to have in case of an emergency while on a road trip. Today's adventure was a little different one. We decided to fry up some chicken wings. Deep frying chicken wings is one of my favorite past times. I wanted to show you a quick and easy way to deep fry a lot of chicken wings in a short period of time. One of the safest and easiest ways to deep fry chicken wings is using a turkey deep fryer. In this video I'll show you how to use your turkey deep fryer to fry chicken wings, including how much oil to use, how long to cook them and at what temperature to cook them. I did an ASMR video before that is similar to this, but this time I wanted to share the step by step in case you were interested in doing this as well.

We love going on bike rides! When we are not fishing, we spend a lot of time bike riding. It's a great way to explore and it's also a great way to get to great fishing spots off the beaten path. In today's video, I decided to take a break from fishing to make some chicken wings. Using your turkey fryer setup is a great way to deep fry dozens of perfectly crispy chicken wings at the same time. In this video I'll show you how I deep fried 30 chicken wings in peanut oil and made a very simple sauce for delicious, perfectly done wings.

I went down to the Chenango River and tried some fishing for a couple hours. It was very hot and extremely humid, and if the fish were anything like me they were probably feeling pretty sluggish. While browsing Temu I came across what was billed as the "World's Smallest Fishing Pole". Quite honestly it was probably also the world's cheapest fishing pole as well. I decided to go ahead and purchase it for a little over seven dollars.
