This Cooper's Hawk nearly flew through my open front car windows in pursuit of a squirrel near my parking spot.

Schoolhouse Road is closed along this section of the Shawangunk Kill in Orange County New York. Do not plan on fishing here, it's heavily restricted private property.

It's common sight to see the Clearwater Sloop on the Hudson river usually in the Newburgh Bay in New York State. The Clearwater slope was built through the help of Pete Seger back in the 1970s at the advent of the Conservation Act in New York State and an effort to help clean up the Hudson river.

This beautiful orange and yellow Orb Weaver spider is right outside my kitchen door. I leave her there because she's better than bug spray!
