Hosts and PTSI Resilience Trainers John Salerno and Samantha Horwitz talk with Dan Jarvis and Nick Davis, founders of 22ZERO on @A Badge of Honor Podcast. Dan and Nick created the Tactical Resiliency Training (TRT). TRT consists of The Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TRP) for PTSD and acute stress and the Emotions management Process (EMP) for negative emotions like anger, anxiety, fear, sadness, survivor’s guilt, etc. The goal in the Tactical Resiliency Training is to use no details about the traumatic incidents or the extreme negative emotions and avoid talking about the events. Details get in the way of the brain’s natural ability to heal itself. Dan and Nick give the individual the resiliency skills to bounce back from trauma or extreme negative emotions, teaching their brain a new skill. Effectively ending the symptoms associated with PTSD. Data on over 1000 clients prove the effective nature of TRT at ending PTSD symptoms in all the clients using the Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TRP).
