Well another joyous day. They (bust buy delivery)start to bring in the fridge….I tell him the doors have to come off….he ignores me, then he calls me a liar, when I tell him our other fridge was 3 inches larger, we again suggest taking the doors off, at one point he tells me he will take the fridge back because I am hostile and his life has been threatened! He kept complaining, because he knew he had to take the doors off. Most fridges need the doors taken off to get through a door into a house. Tells me if I say another word, he’s leaving with the fridge. His partner, comes in on two different times giving me a look of I’m sorry… he keeps bashing the drawer without looking everywhere to see what’s hitting, I’m reluctant to open my mouth or he’ll leave…I go over and touch where the problem is. I back up …they finally get it in, he hates I’ve been recording, he walks out, the “helper comes back in and apologizes…I was going to give them each a $20 dollar tip, but only give the helper his $20. I really don’t see how he felt his life was threatened, I only told him a couple things. 1. The doors need to come off. 2. If you feel like someone is threatening you physical harm by what is said, there is a real problem here with this guy going to anyone’s home, he needs a course on COSTUMER SERVICE.
