Forward Extension is used whenever the key in question requires two, consecutive whole steps from the second and third intervals of any major scale or composed passage. After only 3 days of twice daily application, Ruth Ann Scanzillo already sees a difference in the area around the eye laugh lines and in the overall cheek and jawline volume.
