Dinner for the family at home, good luck 🤤
Ingredients
Meat Bulgogi:
250g ground beef, cut into strips
2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
2 colheres de sopa de molho de soja
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Pimenta preta
Molho:
2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Other ingredients:
400g of cooked rice
1 carrot, peeled and sliced in strips
1 zucchini, cut into strips
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of bean sprouts
5 large sliced shiitake mushrooms
2 eggs, fried
sesame oil
Roasted Seaweed

If you're a vegetarian substitute the meat with tofu or just use more mushrooms!
Method
Cook the rice if you haven't. This works well with leftover rice too.
Meat prep: Mix all the ingredients for the beef bulgogi in a bowl and let marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
Make the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients and reserve
Prepare the vegetables: In a pot with boiling water, heat the bean sprouts and spinach separately and then pour the spinach in cold water to interrupt cooking and maintain the colour. Squeeze spinach from excess water and season with salt and sesame oil. Also season the bean sprouts with salt and sesame oil.
In a pan with some sesame oil on medium heat, fry the carrot, zucchini and mushrooms separately until cooked. Spice it up to your taste.
In the same pot, cook the marinated beef. Left it aside
Assemble 👇
Dolsot: Brush your stone bowl with sesame oil and place some rice in a bowl. Carefully arrange the vegetables, meat, and mushrooms side by side to cover the rice. Place sauce in center and place a fried egg on top. On medium heat, heat the rice bowl for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the rice at the bottom is very crispy. Crush roasted seaweed on top, mix and serve

Bruschetta with tomatoes
One of my fav summer meals😍 So delicious and refreshing🤤
Ingredients:
Bread (ciabatta, baguette or similar)
tomatoes
olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Spices ( Salt, Mediterranean Spice)
Burrata (or cream cheese)
Fresh Basil
Prep:
Cut cherry tomatoes in half Add the olive oil, crushed garlic cloves and spices. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Fry the bread on both sides with a little olive oil. Rub the bread with a fresh clove of garlic, if desired.
Spread the burrata and cherry tomatoes on top. Garnish with chopped fresh basil. The Plate is ready

Pumpkin Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. zucca pasta or any short cut pasta
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 shallot, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- 4 oz. smoked mozzarella, cubed
- 4 oz. ciliegine (mini mozzarella), torn
- 4 sprigs of basil for garnish

PAPRIKA CHICKEN & CHORIZO WRAP
Ingredients:
120g raw chicken breast cut into small cubes
1/2 tbsp paprika
25g chorizo
Small handful of red onion
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 wrap
30g lightest cream cheese
25g grated mozzarella
Fry off the chicken coated in the paprika along with the chorizo and the onion in a pan with some frylight until cooked through, then add in your tomato purée and stir to coat.
Tip it all into a bowl along with the cream cheese and mozzarella and mix it all together.
Put the mix into the centre of the wrap, fold either side in and then roll it up.
Add some more frylight to the pan you just used and pop the wrap in for a few minutes on each side or until crispy. I spread the remaining bit of mixture on top too for extra crispiness!
Leave to cool for 5 mins or so, then tuck in! 🙊

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE TRIFLE
INGREDIENTS
BROWNIE
1 boxed brownie mix, I used Countdown's Own Brand
2 eggs
80ml vegetable oil or melted butter
RASPBERRY SAUCE
300g frozen raspberries
3 Tbsp caster sugar
TO ASSEMBLE
250g punnet strawberries, sliced
500ml cream, whipped to soft peaks
600g readymade custard
125g punnet raspberries
1-2 Flake chocolate bars
1 Tbsp icing sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare boxed mix brownie with eggs and oil and bake according to packet instructions. You can do this the day before to save time.
Once cool cut the brownies into 1 inch squares and set aside in 3 equal piles.
Raspberry sauce: Add frozen raspberries and caster sugar to a glass jug, microwave on high for 1 minute then stir. Microwave for another minute then stir again. Set aside to cool until ready to assemble.
To assemble: Place half of the sliced strawberries in the bottom of a trifle dish or large serving bowl.
Pour over a third of the raspberry sauce. Add the first layer of brownie pieces. Carefully spoon over half of the whipped cream.
Next add a layer of custard and smooth it to the edges with a spoon. Add another third of raspberry sauce and the second layer of brownies.
Place the rest of the strawberries on top and the rest of the custard, smooth to the edges.
Now add the third layer of brownies and the last of the raspberry sauce. Top with the rest of the whipped cream and spread until the top is smooth.
Decorate with crumbled Flake, fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving or preferably overnight.

HOW TO MAKE CHRISTMAS ROCKY ROAD:
This recipe is so easy, you first melt the chocolate, (I used my microwave but if you don’t have one you can use your stove) add the different filling flavours and spread it out on a tray. Remember to reserve some of the topping ingredients to sprinkle over to add a more decoration and colour at the end.

Set your rocky road in the fridge and then chop it into small pieces, I like to keep mine in the fridge until ready to gift to a friend or family member.
Or if it is too tasty to give away just keep it for yourself in an airtight container in the fridge.

GINGERBREAD AND M&M ROCKY ROAD
500g milk chocolate
1 cup (100g) gingerbread biscuits, broken up
1 cup (215g) green and red M&Ms (reserve some for topping)
1 cup (150g) roasted almonds
WHITE CHOCOLATE CHRISTMAS ROCKY ROAD
500g white chocolate
1 cup (150g) dried cranberries (reserve some for topping)
½ cup (70g) pistachios (reserve some for topping)
2 cups (140g) white marshmallows, chopped
CANDY CANE & DARK CHOCOLATE ROCKY ROAD
500g dark chocolate
2 cups (140g) white marshmallows, chopped
12 x candy canes, broken up (reserve some for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in a large glass bowl. (Mine took about 2 minutes 30 seconds)
Pour in the filling ingredients and mix together with the chocolate.
Line a tray with baking paper and pour in the chocolate mixture.
Push the chocolate right to the edges then scatter over the topping.
Chill in the fridge then chop into small pieces once set.

Easy Pesto Pasta Salad
• 500g pasta spirals
• 1 cup frozen peas
• ½ cup lite mayonnaise
• 1 x 135g Lisa’s Pesto Dip - Basil Cashew & Parmesan
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 spring onion, finely sliced
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Fresh basil leaves, to garnish
1. Cook pasta in a large pot according to packet instructions until al dente. Add the frozen peas for the last minute of the cook time to heat through. Drain and set aside while you prep the dressing.
2. In a large bowl whisk together the mayo, Pesto Dip and lemon juice until combined. Add the cooked pasta and peas then stir to coat in the dressing.
3. Add the tomatoes, spring onion and lemon zest then mix again. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
4. Serve while warm or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Tasty additions or swaps include: feta, cucumber, boiled eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, capsicum, corn, red onion or green beans.

Strawberry Shortcake
INGREDIENTS
Yield: 4 generous servings

pints ripe, well-rinsed strawberries
½
cup sugar, or more to taste

cups flour

tablespoons sugar
¼
teaspoon salt

teaspoons baking powder

cups butter

cups whipping cream
¼
teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
Step 1
Pick over and hull strawberries. Cut in half or slice, depending on size. Gently crush about a quarter of the berries with a fork to release their juices. Mix with remaining berries and the ½ cup of sugar, adding more sugar if necessary. Set aside, covered, for about half an hour to develop flavor.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 3
Into a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, salt and baking powder. Add ¾ cup of softened butter, and rub into dry ingredients as for pastry. Add 1¼ cups cream, and mix to a soft dough. Knead the dough for one minute on a lightly floured pastry board, then roll it out to about ½-inch thickness. Using a 3-inch biscuit cutter, cut an even number of rounds - 2 rounds per serving.
Step 4
Use a little of the butter to grease a baking sheet. Place half the rounds on it. Melt remaining butter and brush a little on the rounds; place remaining rounds on top. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Remove from the oven, and pull shortcakes apart. Brush the insides with some of the remaining melted butter.
Step 6
Beat remaining cream until it thickens. Add vanilla. Beat again just until thick.
Step 7
Place a bottom half of a shortcake on each plate. Top with a generous spoonful of berries. Cover with a top half, add a few more berries, and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
Tip
Extra shortcakes may be frozen, but they should be warmed before using. They are also good toasted for breakfast or tea.

OMG!!! This chocolate lava toast
Ingredients
• 2 slices white bread
• 1 tbsp nutella
For the dip:
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp whipping cream
For the lava:
• 120ml whipping cream
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
Cocoa powder for dusting
2 tbsp butter for cooking
📌 Instructions
1. Spread Nutella on a slice of bread and then cover with the other slice. Set aside.
2. Mix ingredients for the dip and soak bread in the mixture.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Place the bread. Once the bottom is brown, flip and cook until the other side turns brown. Transfer to a serving plate.
4. Make the lava by whisking all the ingredients. Don’t over mix, keep it runny. If you find that it’s too thick, thin it out with milk.
5. Use the back of a spoon to press down the bread a little bit. Pour the lava in and dust with cocoa powder.
7. Cut it open and ENJOY!

🛒 Ingredients
30g green onions
50g zucchini
50g carrots
50g onions
60g of cabbage
1 jalapeno
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
Dipping sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp lime/lemon juice
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
📌 Method
1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, turmeric, salt and water. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add all the vegetables, mix well.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the vegetable bowl and combine.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil, add the dough and smooth it out.
5. Let it cook until the bottom is crispy and golden. Flip and cook for a few minutes until crispy.
6. Transfer to a cutting board, cut into small pieces.
7. To make the dipping sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
8. Enjoy 💕🌷yum yum!

Hot honey butter garlic wings
Ingredients
700g chicken wings
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili paste
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp oil
Honey garlic sauce:
30g butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp hot sauce
📌 Method
1. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, soy sauce, chili paste, brown sugar, oil and cayenne pepper. Combine and cover. Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
2. Arrange the wings in an air fryer, cook for 18 mins at 200C.
3. Remove from the air fryer and flip all the wings. Cook for another 10 mins until they’re brown. Remove from heat and put the chicke in a mixing bowl.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter then add in garlic. Stir until fragrant.
5. Stir in honey and hot sauce. Combine and remove from heat.
6. Pour the garlic butter over the chicken and toss well.

Those who have a stock of bananas and bread at home, let's make this 😍
After yesterday it went viral with the pudding cake roll menu, I tried to make it again by adding bananas in it.
It turns out that the result is even better, richer in taste 😍😍😍😍
Material :
1. 4 plantains (I chose plantains because they are sweet enough and not mushy when cooked)
2. 4 pieces of white bread
3. Butter for spreading the bread
4. Meses for sprinkling bread.
5. 500 ml of milk
6. 2 eggs
7. Grated cheese to taste
How to make:
1. Roll the banana with bread that has been rubbed with butter and sprinkled with meses
2. Cut into 3 parts
3. Arrange in the tin
4. Flush with the mixture of ingredients 5,6,7 above
5. Bake in preheated oven at 185°C for about 30-35 minutes
5. Serve cold.

Wheat Rava Upma
How to Make Broken Wheat Rava Upma?
In a pan, add some oil.
Temper the oil with mustard, urad dal, chana dal.
Add curry leaves chopped green chillies, and saute onion for a few minutes.
Next, add vegetables like carrot and peas and fry them.
Pour water and bring it to a boil.
Then, add the broken wheat in a slow stream stirring with one of your hands.
Sprinkle the salt and let it boil.
When all the water is absorbed, remove the lid and mix well.
Garnish with freshly grated coconut and enjoy!

How to make
Step 1
Cut the bananas into small pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the flour dough, which is a ratio of 3: 1 between wheat flour: rice flour. Then add sugar, salt and honey according to taste.
Step 3
Stir the dough until thick. Please add water to adjust.

Add the banana pieces to the flour mixture. Stir well.
