Today, we are auditing the land records in Chester, County, PA to illustrate how HSBC Bank and German Bank, "Deutsche" "double-team" this homeowner by posing as IMPOSTERS/assignees of a defunct Lender, American Brokers Conduit to steal title to a home that Cynthia Zoccali has owned since 1998. "MERS" does all the "heavy lifting", here, posing as a "conduit" to "grease the wheels of recordation fraud", so that Foreign Banks steal homes and take their profits oversees. "MERS" has NO RECORDS of a mortgage that was registered on this address/situs.

If only you and I could make our MERS mortgages disappear like foreclosure Judges are able to do. Wouldn't that be a "Special Super Power"?

In the "Public Records" of "MERS" you will seen no mortgages on the property. Adding "Rd" in the "Street Field" reveals the hidden set of "second records" in "MERS" on this Address/Situs. We have seen "NATIONSTAR MERS Mortgages" many, many times on Judges, Prosecutors and Politicians homes within the concealed Street Algorithm in the "Money Laundering Artifice" known as "MERS".

Attorneys and Judges continue to play the "MERS" Game where THEIR MERS mortgages are CONCEALED and paid off very quickly on THEIR homes as they continue to steal TITLE to Americans' homes using "MERS" to steal identities.
