3 gold potatoes
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛-inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
In a large bowl, mix the potato chips with ingredients.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Cheddar Chips
3 gold potatoes

2 cups cheddar cheese crackers
1 tablespoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛-inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
Place cheddar crackers into a ziplock bag and crush them so that they reach a powdery state.
In a large bowl, mix the potato chips with oil, cheddar powder, and salt.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

3 gold potatoes
2 cups vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛ inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
In a large bowl, coat chips with vinegar so all are submerged, allow to sit for 30 minutes (the longer they sit the more vinegary they will taste).
Drain the chips and then mix in salt and pepper.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Easy Homemade Chocolate Doughnuts
Makes: 12
INGREDIENTS
100 grams dark chocolate
150 grams butter
50 grams cocoa powder
150 grams sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 eggs
100 grams melted chocolate
50 grams sprinkles
PREPARATION
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over a medium heat.
3. Stir in the cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract.
4. Take off the heat and whisk in the eggs one at a time.
5. Tear off a piece of greaseproof paper and scrunch into a small ball.
6. Place the the paper balls in the centre of each hole in a muffin tin.
7. Pour the chocolate doughnut mixture in the muffin tin holes, circling around the paper balls and being careful not to cover them.
8. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
9. Carefully take the doughnuts out of the muffin tin.
10. Take out the paper balls with your fingers. You should have a circle-shaped hole in each doughnut.
11. Dip in some melted chocolate, followed by some sprinkles.

Chocolate-Stuffed Churro Donuts
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-4 eggs
½ cup chocolate chips
Oil for frying
Cinnamon sugar
Equipment
Piping bag with a large star tip
Nonstick baking sheet
PREPARATION
1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add butter, brown sugar, salt, and water, and bring to a boil.
2. As soon as the butter has fully melted and the mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and add in flour.
3. Using a wooden spoon, stir until the dough comes together to form a ball and there are no lumps.
4. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before proceeding to the next step (to prevent accidentally cooking the eggs).
5. Mix in the vanilla extract and add in the eggs, one at a time, being sure to fully incorporate each egg before adding the next. Once all the eggs are incorporated, transfer it to a piping bag with a large star tip.
6. On a nonstick baking sheet, pipe the dough in circles leaving a hole in the center.
7. Place the chocolate chips in a ring and top with remaining dough, making sure there are no gaps in between each layer.
8. Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze until solid, about 3 hours or overnight.
9. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350˚F/175˚C.
10. Remove the baking tray from the freezer and use a butter knife to release the churro donuts. Return any extras to the freezer while you wait to fry.
11. Fry the donuts in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan, until brown and the dough is cooked through.
12. Drain on a paper towel before rolling in cinnamon sugar.

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding
Here is what you will need!
INGREDIENTS:
6-7 Slices of Bread (whatever is about to go stale)
4 Ripe Bananas
3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
On a cutting board, cut your bread into small cubes. Place onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F/175°C for 5 minutes to help dry the bread out. In a large mixing bowl add your ripe bananas and mush before adding in your beaten eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and stir. Once fully mixed add your bread and let it soak for 5 -10 minutes before adding in your chocolate chips. Stir together add spoon mix into a large muffin tin. Bake at 350°F/175°C for 20 minutes.
Scoop your favorite ice cream or whipped cream and top with chocolate syrup!
Sweet, delicious, and with no added sugar. Don’t throw out that stale bread and over ripened bananas ever again!

APPLE PIE BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
6 slices bread
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
2. Slice the bread into ½ inch cubes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, stirring until smooth.
4. Add the bread and stir until the bread cubes have evenly absorbed the milk mixture.
5. Spread the bread evenly in a 9-inch round baking pan.
6. In a large bowl, combine the apples, brown sugar, and cornstarch, mixing until evenly combined.
7. Spread the apples evenly on top of the bread.
8. Bake for 40 minutes, until edges are brown.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 packs cinnamon rolls
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces, and stuff inside a greased muffin tin. Pour batter in each tin about 3/4 of the way. If you pour too much, the tin will overflow in the oven.
3. Cover the tin and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, letting the cinnamon roll absorb the mixture.
4. Bake at 350˚F / 175˚C for 35 minutes.

Frozen Breakfast Burritos
Bacon
Sausage
Baby Red Potatoes /quartered
1 Red Pepper /chopped
1 Yellow Onion /chopped
Salt and Pepper
10 Eggs - beaten
1 Bag Shredded Cheese
1 Bunch Green Onions /sliced
Flour Tortillas
Parchment Paper
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon (in batches if necessary) until crispy. Remove the bacon to a paper towel lined plate - leave to cool. In the same skillet - using leftover bacon grease (drain some if necessary) add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Once lightly browned add in peppers and onion. Cook until potatoes have browned and the peppers and onions have softened. Remove from pan and place in bowl to cool. In the same saucepan, cook sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove to a paper towel lined bowl. Finally, reduce heat to medium/low and pour beaten eggs into the skillet. Fold and stir eggs occasionally until cooked but still soft and moist. Remove from pan.
Gather cooked ingredients - having let them all cool slightly. Additionally gather flour tortillas, shredded cheese and sliced green onions (optional) and set them out on your table/workspace. To assemble the burritos, lay out a tortilla and start with a base of eggs followed by desired toppings and finish with cheese. To wrap, fold in both sides and then fold the bottom up and over all the ingredients. Roll up tightly. (If you find the tortillas are tearing, heat them up - a few at a time - for 20 seconds in the microwave before assembling). Wrap up in parchment paper and repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients, customizing the burritos to your liking. Place the parchment-wrapped burritos in a 1 gallon freezer bag and place in the freezer to store for up to one month.
To reheat:
Remove the frozen burrito from the freezer. Unwrap from parchment paper and wrap the frozen burrito up in a damp paper towel. Place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and rest for one minute before unwrapping. Remove the paper towel, serve with hot sauce, salsa, or sour cream! Enjoy! Red Velvet Churros
Here is what you need!
Makes 16
Ingredients
2 cups water
¼ cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
Canola oil, for frying
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
In a pot over medium-high heat, bring water, sugar, and butter to a boil. Add in the flour and the cake mix and stir vigorously until mixture has no streaks. Remove from heat and add the eggs, stirring until the dough becomes a ball. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a Size nine star tip.
Pipe three to four inches strips of the dough on a baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Heat the canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Fry the red velvet churros for about three to four minutes, then remove and drain on paper towels. Using a straw, poke a hole through the centers of the churros to hollow out a cavity for the filling.
On a plate, combine the cinnamon and the sugar and mix until it is a uniform color. Roll the hollowed out churros in the cinnamon sugar.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Transfer filling into a piping bag with a round tip and pipe the filling into the churros.
Serve!

1 pound hot Italian sausage
1 pound ground beef
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
⅓ cup parsley, chopped

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (180°C).

3. Line a large glass bowl with plastic wrap, and spray thoroughly with cooking spray.
4. Spread the meat mixture along the bottom and sides of the bowl, a ½-inch thick.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella in the base of the meat mixture, then top the spaghetti with sauce on top.
6. Using the plastic wrap, form the meat into a large ball, ensuring there are no holes or cracks.
7. Place ball on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.

Meatball Bread Boat
Here is what you'll need!
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
½ pound ground beef
½ pound hot Italian sausage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 cup grated parmesan (½ cup for meatballs, ½ cup for boat topping)
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup water
3 cups marinara sauce
1 Italian bread loaf
3 cups mozzarella
PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, combine beef, sausage, salt, garlic powder, pepper, basil, ½ cup parmesan, egg, bread crumbs, water. It works well to squish the mixture with your hands.
2. Shape the meatballs into balls roughly larger than a golf ball, or desired size.
3. Coat a large pan with olive oil and bring to a medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
4. Set aside meatballs and remove excess grease. Return the meatballs to the hot pan, add marinara sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
5. Cut a long rectangle through the top of the bread loaf and partially unstuff the loaf. Layer the bottom of the loaf with half the mozzarella, cooked meatballs, sauce, then top with the rest of the mozzarella and parmesan.
6. Bake for 25 minutes at 350˚F / 175˚C.
7. Cut and serve while still warm. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ pound cheddar cheese, cut into 1-inch squares
1 large white onion
1 cup flour
5 eggs, beaten
3 cups panko bread crumbs
Oil, for frying
Ketchup
PREPARATION
1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat to 350℉
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Peel and slice the onion into 1-centimeter rings, and detach the rings from each other.
4. Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and press it into the bottom of a ring.
5. Push a cheddar square into the center of the beef.
6. Seal the top with another spoonful of the beef, pressing it flat.
7. Repeat with the rest of the rings.
8. Place the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into three separate bowls.
9. Dip a ring into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, the bread crumbs, then back to the eggs, and one last time into the breadcrumbs.
10. Repeat with the remaining rings.
11. Fry the rings for 5-6 minutes, until deep golden-brown.
12. Drain on a paper towel, then serve with ketchup!

American Burger “Juicy Lucy”
Serves 3
INGREDIENTS
American Patty
1 pound ground beef, 80% lean
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Toppings
2 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced into 3 square chunks
1 tablespoon oil
3 hamburger buns
3 strips bacon, cooked and sliced in half
3 slices tomato
3 pieces lettuce
PREPARATION
Mix together the patty ingredients until evenly combined.
Flatten the beef into a thin layer, then place a chunk of cheddar inside, wrapping the beef completely around the cheddar. Form a patty with your hands.
Repeat with the remaining beef and cheese.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the burgers for 3 minutes on the first side, flip, then cook for 6 more minutes.
Assemble the burgers with the bun, bacon, tomato, and lettuce.

2 cups cooked white rice

1 tablespoon oil
Japanese Patty
1 pound ground beef, 80% lean
½ onion, finely chopped
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Toppings
1 cup demi-glace or beef gravy
3 fried eggs
⅓ cup green onions, thinly sliced
PREPARATION
Press ⅓ cup of rice into the bottom of a greased 1 cup measure, then remove. Repeat with the rice until you have 6 buns.
In a pan over medium-high heat, fry the buns until lightly browned on both sides.
Set aside on a paper towel.
Mix together the the patty ingredients until evenly combined.
Form the beef into 3 patties.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the burgers for 3 minutes on the first side, flip, then cook for 6 more minutes.
Assemble the burgers with the rice buns, beef gravy, egg, and green onions. scallions.

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 hot dogs
6 slices cheddar cheese
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°F/220˚C.
Slice the puff pastry into 6 even rectangles.
Place a slice of cheddar on top of each puff pastry piece.
Place a hot dog on the cheddar, then roll it up.
Slice each roll into 3 even pieces, and arrange the pieces evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with a 1-inch gap between the pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.

INGREDIENTS
4 jalapeños
8 slices bacon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F/200˚C.
Slice the jalapeños in half, then remove the seeds by scraping out the insides.
Spread the cream cheese evenly among the jalapeño shells.
Wrap each jalapeño in bacon.
Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup bbq sauce
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Slice the chicken into even strips.
Dip the chicken strips into the BBQ sauce, then coat them in the bread crumbs.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Brush the remaining BBQ sauce evenly on both sides of the chicken strips and bake for another 10 minutes.

PREPARATION
Slice the egg roll wrappers in half.
Place a stick of string cheese on the edge of the egg roll wrapper, then fold the sides of the wrapper over the ends of the cheese.
Wet the other edge of the wrapper with water, then roll it up tightly, pressing the edge to make sure it’s sealed.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and cheese.
Heat oil in a pot.
Fry the sticks until golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.
Serve with marinara!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced

2 teaspoons salt
12 ounces cooked fettucine
1 cup pepper jack, shredded
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a pot over high heat.
Cook the shrimp until pink, then remove from pan.

16 oz Fettuccine Pasta
2 cups of Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream
6oz of sausage
6oz of shrimp (If you don't want seafood, you can use chicken instead)
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper (SPICY)
1/2 tbsp red chili flakes (SPICY)

ONE-POT CAJUN SHRIMP SAUSAGE PASTA

INGREDIENTS
1 pound linguine
3 tablespoons butter (divided as 2 and 1)
2 ½ tablespoons cajun seasoning (divided as 1 ½ and 1)
1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
½ cup diced yellow onion
½ cup diced green pepper
1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ cup chicken stock
½ cup heavy cream
Garnish
Parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
Cook the linguine in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, heat the butter, then add 1 ½ tablespoon cajun seasoning and mix the spice with the butter. Add in shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink. Take the shrimp out and set aside.
Keeping the heat on, add in butter until it's melted, then add in diced yellow onion and green pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the onion is translucent. Add in kielbasa sausage and cook for another minute, then add minced garlic, salt, cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and dried thyme. When everything is cooked and mixed well, pour in chicken stock and heavy cream. Mix well, and cook for about 3 minutes.
When the sauce is thickening, add the shrimp and pasta back in the pot. Mix until everything is well-combined.
To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy.
