Apply glue to the two ports of the wooden box to have a better seal.

Machine out the excess planks so that they fit together perfectly

Seal the upper and lower openings with the prepared wooden boards, and the SUB box is ready to be sealed.

When the SUB box is constructed, clean the surrounding glue so that it will look more beautiful

The sound box construction is sealed with glue all around so that its seal is more perfect.

The sound box construction is fastened with nails, so that the box will be more solid.
