Spotted this squirrel wielding a plastic picnic knife like they knew how to use it. Filmed in cinema verite akin to a cryptid video. This is one of the locals who frequent a feeding station in South Gardiner, Maine. Recorded on Thor's Day, July 13, 2023. Audio is serendipitous capture of movie criticism by Rob Agar which was playing in the background when this squirrel warrior was spotted.

This video was recorded on February 17, 2021 at Harpswell Neck, Maine. This is one of a flock of local herring gulls who regularly snack on kitty kibble and black oil seeds at a do-it-yourself milk jug feeding station. The window was cracked open an inch as the gull listened to Justin Johnson playing blues guitar in a YouTube video. This is not the first time gulls have enjoyed a little music-on-the-porch-roof. It is the first recorded instance, though.
