Police in Afghanistan have confirmed 21 people have died with another 33 injured following an explosion at a mosque in Kabul. Divers have filmed extraordinary pictures of the wreck of a US warship, discovered on the seabed more 105 years after it was sunk in the First World War. The USS Jacob Jones was torpedoed by a German submarine in December 1917. 66 servicemen on board lost their lives. The wreck of the destroyer was discovered off the coast of Cornwall at a depth of 115 metres, with much of the vessel still intact.

US media organisations have requested to the courts that the affidavit submitted alongside the search warrant for Trump's Florida home is made public. The document details the FBI's authorisation to search Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home last week. Government officials want the affidavit to stay out of public view, saying it could "compromise their work".
