Found this shark with my friends Nicole and Jeff. Wasn't expecting this much shark! Looked to be close to 9 feet long. And as you can see, this adult had quite a bit of girth. Nice specimen!

Highlights of my 2-tank dive trip to Catalina.

Kona 2023. Nicole finally joins the group on a fine Wednesday morning. Surf is still a little high, so we found safety at two step. It was a great dive.

Boated in to Deer point because water was too low for Mitchel Creek. Liam and the boys found a sunken boat! Had a great time diving the clear, cold water.

Got caught in a bass-nado. Not nearly as scary as a sharknado. Unless you are a worm.

Rusty, Liam, Kristi, Bob and I decided to hit the canyon on a gorgeous October afternoon. Saw lots of bass. Stopped by catfish alley and we weren't disappointed.

Prepping to dive Chelan ferry dock and find the sheep boats. Rusty is so excited he can't stop dancing. Chris and Mitch are looking good on the boat. Liam races across the water to Camp Mitchel. Adelle makes a great drone catch while Flava navigates around the lake. Flava is so excited he forgets to check his air and goes in with an empty tank! haha. But they still find the sheep boats. Great trip!

Getting a view of the land between dives. Good place to spend a Saturday with dive buddies. I found 2 fishingpoles. Adelle found some booby beads. Liam and Chris provided much meat for all. Rusty tried out his full face mask. Scott and Michelle tried to keep us happy and healthy. And Mitch, well, she just had a good time at her creek.
