Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Custard powder (Vanilla flavor) 5-6 tbs or as required
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) halved 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) halved 2-3 tbs
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) halved 2-3 tbs
-Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2 large
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Dairy cream 400ml
-Sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Mango jelly 80g (1 pack) Prepare according to pack’s instruction
Assembling:
-Plain cake cubes
-Mango jelly cubes
Directions:
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In custard powder,add milk and whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard,whisk continuously and cook until custard is thick (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool completely while whisking (room temperature).
-In a frying pan,add pistachios,almonds,cashew nuts & dry roast on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add mangoes,lemon juice,caster sugar,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream & beat well.
-Add powdered sugar & beat until soft peaks form,transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
-Cut mango jelly into cubes & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a serving bowl,add & spread prepared custard,add plain cake,mango cubes,custard,roasted dry nuts,olpers cream whipped,mango jelly cubes,custard & whipped cream.
-Decorate with mango slices & pistachios.
-Serve chilled!

Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless cubes 350g
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Salt 1 & ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken,onion,salt,black pepper crushed,soy sauce,cornflour and chop well.
-Add water and chop again.
-Take out in a bowl,add garlic,green onion,cooking oil,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix well.
-Add cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water and knead until hard dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Knead dough again until smooth,cover with cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Knead dough again and divide into four equal parts.
-Take one part and roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into round shape with the help of the cutter (3 inch) and cover with kitchen towel.
-Take one small rolled dough,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (as thin as possible),add chicken mince filling at the center,apply water and bring the edges together,press and seal to make a momo.
-Repeat the step with the remaining rolled dough (makes 24-25).
-In steam pot,add water,place steam rack,cover and bring it to boil,grease steam rack with cooking oil and place prepared momos.
-Cover and steam cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Serve with soy sauce & hot chili sauce!

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
-Add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,cumin powder,paprika powder,mixed herbs and mix well.
-Add chicken and coat well,cover and marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.
-On separate dish,add all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,onion powder, garlic powder,mix well & set aside.
-Take out chicken pieces from marination and place on grill rack.
-Take out 2 ladles (approx. 1 cup marinade) and pour in a separate bowl,add eggs and whisk well.
-Now coat chicken pieces with dry flour mixture,dip into egg marination and again coat with dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140C) and fry chicken on low flame until golden (approx. 8-10 minutes) then fry on high flame (170C) until crispy (approx. 2 minutes).

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 cups
-Cocoa powder ¾ cup
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp

-Instant coffee 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Caster sugar 1 cup
-Brown sugar ½ cup
-Yogurt ¾ cup (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Vegetable Oil ½ cup
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
-Sugar 2 & ½ tbs
-Hot water 3 tbs
-Cream 200ml
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Milk chocolate 300g
-Instant coffee ½ tbs
-Warm water 1 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder,salt,instant coffee and whisk well & set aside.
-In another bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,brown sugar and beat well.
-Add yogurt,vanilla essence,vegetable oil,milk and beat for 1 minute.
-Gradually add dry ingredients and beat well after each addition.
-Grease 10” round baking pan with cooking oil and place butter paper.
-Now pour batter in prepared baking pan and bake in preheated at 170 C for 45-50 minutes.
-Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen them from the sides of the pan.
-Transfer the cake to the wire rack and let it cool.
-In bowl,add sugar,hot water and mix until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
Chocolate Ganache:
-In double boiler,add cream,butter,milk chocolate and let it melt.
-In warm water,add instant coffee and mix well.
-Now add dissolve coffee and whisk well.
Assembling:
-With the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut top layer of the cake.
-Pour prepared chocolate ganache all over the cake and let it set for 30 minutes.
-Decorate and cut into desire slices and serve!

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Water as required
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Butter melted 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Candyland white cooking chocolate 200 g
Candyland unsweetened dark chocolate 250 g
Candyland cooking milk chocolate 250 g
Candyland compound cooking chocolate 250 g
Directions:
1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, butter, egg, oil and mix well. Gradually add water and knead a smooth dough.
2. Grease it will oil and let it rest for 30-35 minutes or until double in size near warm place.
3. Take the dough and knead it again for 2-3 minutes. Now divide it into 8 equal parts. Lightly flatten the dough, make a hole in the center and give it a donut shape.
4. Let it rest for 10 minutes before frying.
5. Heat oil on a frying pan and fry the donuts on medium low flame until light golden in color. Take off flame and set aside.
6. Take the Candyland cooking chocolates in separate bowl and microwave them for 1 minute.
7. Now dip the top of prepared donuts in the melted chocolates and sprinkle the toppings. Your donuts are ready.

Cream 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for pizza topping:
Mozzarella cheese as required

Directions for dough:
In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and mix well.
Add water gradually and knead a soft tacky dough.
Cover it with cling and let it proof for 20 to 25 minutes or until double in size.
Directions for white sauce:
In a pan add butter, then add flour and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes by mixing continuously.
Now add milk, white pepper, salt, cream and cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until thicken.
When it’s reached your desired consistency set aside.
Directions for chicken marination:
In a bowl add chicken cubes, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cream, black pepper, oil, salt, white pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well, set aside for 10 to 15 minutes then add in a pan and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Then heat a coal and smoke you chicken by covering it for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
Assembling:
Divide dough into four equal parts and roll out one portion.
Place it on your baking pan, prick it with fork and spread white sauce on top.
Top it with cooked chicken chunks, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, onion, capsicum and corns.
Lastly sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Your tasty malai tikka pizza is ready to serve.

Milk 1 ½ cup

Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chocolate Dip:
-On a double boiler,add dark chocolate,cream,instant coffee & mix well until chocolate melts.
-Add salt,butter,milk & mix until well combined.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Churros:
-In a saucepan,add butter,milk,water,sugar,salt & turn on the flame,whisk well & bring it to boil.
-On low flame,add all-purpose flour & mix well until dough is formed.
-Take out in a bowl & let it cool completely.
-Add eggs,one by one,vanilla essence,beat well & transfer to a piping bag with a 1M nozzle.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & carefully pipe out mixture into preheated oil,cut end with clean scissor & fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
-Carefully pipe out mixture in a heart shape on a 4x4 inch of butter paper & fry on low flame until golden brown.
-In a box,add caster sugar,cinnamon powder & mix well.
-Add churros,cover & shake well.
-Serve churros with prepared creamy chocolate dip!
