Cleaned and prepared 600 grams for another brew!!

I am 5'11" (180 cm) currently 188.1 lbs (85.5 kg) trying to shave off at least 10 kg of pure fat... I could be a lot better. I'm very eager to get back into being 75kg or less... Brenton is 191 cm (6'3") about the same weight as me he has much less fat and is way stronger and better athlete than I am. He can squat 650+ lbs, dead lift over 750 lbs. I'm only at 242 lbs squatting for working sets and my deadlift is about 350 lbs. Brenton has hyper extended his shooting arm so he lost his shooting touch for almost 3 month. Brenton's spec later. He is 191 cm (6'3") about same weigh as me he has less fat. We had a excellent 1 vs 1 battle back in February. Today we both played plenty of full court again and afterward we had our selves another excellent battle. Brenton is recovering well from his arm injury last month. So it is increasing more difficult for me but it is fun times as always. We only got to play 1 game and Brenton won the first game although I put up a good fight. Game was was just started when the court workers came and shut us down, what a buzz kill. Meh. I think there are several reasons why some people are Reddit are so immature and stupid. It allows for a good deal of privacy and anonymity if one chooses. Lot of of people below age 40 are on it. They frequently voice their useless opinions and provide zero substance to the discussion. They are all noises no signal. I will continue to answer questions. I'll just ignore the idiots, they are a waste of time.

At the breakfast joint there is this poster. 285,000 NTD for over 100 days cruising all around the world. You have to bunk with 3 other people but it's a very attractive price. I kind of want to do it. Take a LONG vacation.

On average I ride just over 1000 km a day since getting my 2 scooter and 1 motorcycle in 2022. I own: 2016 SYM Z1 125 2019 Kymco Racing King 180 2007 Kawasaki Z1000 They ride completely differently and serves me different purposes. This time it is my trusty SYM Z1 125. I love this little scooter it is very fuel efficient but fast enough for city use. It has a small package so perfect for crowded city streets. The geometry is such that it is super nimble. I highly recommend this scooter. In this video I ride from my home to the spiritual group that I frequent. Along the way you will see tons excellent footages about all the buildings in Taiwan, the excellent MRT system. Enjoy. Near the end I didn't edit out the footages because you can actually get a glimpse of all the treasure this group has. Lot of it are priceless artifacts!!
