You would have certain beliefs about yourself that are holding you down like an anchor and preventing you from achieving your full potential.
You believe These things about yourself, such as "I don't deserve this", " I am not worthy", etc.. Now these never came from you; instead, your environment instilled these beliefs in you.
This would've happened when you were growing up in your childhood and even your teenage years.
You subconsciously picked up these things that were said in your environment and now these beliefs are cemented in your mind and are holding you back from living at your fullest potential.
All you have to do is let go of these limiting self-beliefs and reprogram your mind with new beliefs.
As a kid you never had limiting self-beliefs, you always thought that anything was possible if you put in the time and effort.
You never thought that you were not worthy and that was magical.

Identify Triggers to Overcome Addiction Faster
Trigger points or triggers are the moments or events that enable you to give in to your vices. You may be stressed and feel like lighting up a cigarette.
You'll be with your friends in a nightclub and now you'll feel like drinking. These are the trigger points that trigger the urge to consume these substances.
Now when you identify them, it is much easier to deal with these triggers and eventually be free from addiction.
All you have to do is become more mindful of these triggers while reducing the times you get high on the external.
And you are also doing the inner work (a.k.a working on the trauma that you are escaping from by getting high). With this, you can be free from any addiction.
Again....
This will not happen overnight, it'll take a while but it's completely worth it.

Why Shadow Work is Crucial Before Manifesting
Shadow work, also known as inner work, is more important than you might think.
You can follow all the manifestation processes and techniques perfectly, yet still find yourself stuck or manifesting outcomes you don't desire. Often, the missing piece is shadow work.
Your manifestation is a reflection of your vibrational frequency.
Your outer reality mirrors your inner reality. Without addressing unresolved emotions, traumas, and beliefs within you, your manifestations can be misaligned with your true desires.

So be honest with yourself; it's okay to have dark thoughts and emotions.

If You Keep Relapsing, Watch This Now
You go 1, 2, or 3 months without giving in to your addictions, and then one day you relapse and consume more alcohol/drugs than you ever consumed before.
It feels like you're back to square one, losing all hope as it seems like a nightmare to start all over again.
If you always find yourself in this situation, there are two components to overcoming this stage.
The first is doing the inner work and identifying the root cause of your relapse or even getting into addiction in the first place.
This may be some unresolved trauma and pain. Once you deal with them, you'll have a clear idea of why you are consuming all these substances to escape reality.
But only doing the inner work and having immense willpower will still make you relapse after a while, and that's where creating an identity comes into play.
Create a new identity for yourself, like a person who doesn't rely on any external substances to enjoy life, and start embodying that personality regularly.
Start thinking, acting, and living like the identity you created. This will prevent you from relapsing as your identity takes over when willpower and discipline don’t work.

We're All Just One Bad Day Away....
The truth is, we're all just one bad day away from darkness.
Acknowledging this can help us let go of our inner demons and still choose the light.
Many supervillains are made because of that one bad day, and even I am just one bad day away from turning into a supervillain.
Though I have overcome my darkest days, it wasn't just willpower or self-confidence that saved me.
It was some grace or higher power that pulled me out when I had lost all hope.
Through this darkness, I found the light. You can too. The key is to identify the light and hold onto it, even in the darkest situations.
The goal is not to avoid bad moments but to prepare for them and increase the light within the darkness.
Be grateful for every single moment, which puts you in a higher vibrational state.
Embody, live, and be in this higher vibrational state consistently.
By doing this, you can increase the light in the darkest moments of your life.
Remember, the key is not to give in to the darkness but to acknowledge, experience, embrace, let go of it, and still choose the light.

Being in High Vibration is Easier Than You Think
Living in higher vibration is easier than you think because it's less about thinking and more about feeling.
When you experience high vibrational emotions such as love, peace, and joy, you aren't overthinking. Instead, you're living in the present moment, rejoicing in every minute of it.

You are run by Your Childhood TRAUMA and You don't even know it
You are run by your childhood trauma and you don't even know it. Throughout your upbringing, you would've had some belief systems and trauma that were instilled and now these are running your life.
There is the mother-father-child triangle through which we all relate. If you have not healed from maternal wounds, then you will have trouble expressing yourself in relationships, being vulnerable, and embracing your emotional side.
If you have not healed from your paternal wounds, you will have trouble being assertive, having confidence, and staying true to your words and opinions.
Now it's very important to heal these wounds, as if you don't this reflects onto the relationships you have now and in the future.
If you grew up with a very controlling parent, you will attract people who are controlling as well. It's Because a part of you feels that this is normal and feels safe in a controlled environment.
And that' reason you attract people who are controlling.
This is very similar to people living in toxic relationships, they would've had toxic upbringings or experiences.
Now this feels normal and safe, so when they are placed in a healthy relationship they feel out of place because it doesn't feel normal and safe.
Hence, they sabotage the relationship and themselves and go back to a toxic relationship.
This is the dynamics that play out.
So that's why it's important to heal from your childhood trauma and break these patterns.
You can do this by imagining the person or people who hurt you right in front of you and now you start letting out things you wanna say. Or you can also write it down (like a letter) and let go of it.
By doing this it is much easier to lift off the weight and let go of these emotions and trauma that is holding you back.

This is the path many bad guys and villains take: letting their inner demons take over.

Instead, create an identity of yourself that is free from addiction.

Finding high vibration is hard
When you are vibrating at a very high frequency and consistently staying in a high vibration, it is very hard to find people who are also in a similar vibration.
But these are just tests by the universe.
These can happen temporarily but if you stick to your path and always stay in a higher vibration, the universe will put you with people that are in the same higher vibration as yours.
The key point is to not give into any external triggers of lower vibrational emotions or give into energy vampires but instead remain stoic and calm while believing in yourself and staying in the higher vibrational frequency.

Here's why Your Relationships get TOXIC
You start with a happy relationship with your significant other, everything is amazing and going perfectly fine. Then things hit the fan. One day you wake up and realise you are in a toxic relationship.
Now this happens when one of you or each of you wants to establish control in the relationship. So when controlling each other comes into play, it ruins the relationship dynamic.
Because you cannot control anyone, all you end up doing is building up pressure on the other person, and this reflects on you. Whatever you give out to the world comes back to you.
Now they want to control you too. And things just get worse and worse.
So instead of making the other person follow your beliefs, likes, dislikes and trying to control them. Just allow them to be who they are. When you allow them to be who they are, they'll do the same for you.
This creates space for real love to come in and take over. Essentially, reducing the pain, shame, and guilt of a toxic relationship.
So let go of your trauma and control mechanism, and watch the relationship blossom.

Generational Trauma is Real...
You have gone through some trauma as a child.
Your parents and upbringing have instilled some belief systems in you, resulting in a core belief that runs your entire life.
And now whatever decision you make in life is being run by your trauma.
Now you start finding coping mechanisms to distract your mind from the pain/trauma. These coping mechanisms come in the form of alcohol, drugs, toxic relationships, and several others like you get your hit of dopamine through these activities.
But these activities serve as a minor distraction and your trauma eventually seeps back in or comes to the surface. This runs you throughout your daily waking life. And then you have external triggers and situations that add to this trauma, such as your relationships, friends, relatives, and other undesirable situations that you come across in life.
This compounds the trauma you were already being run by and eventually explodes in certain situations.
Then you have a kid, and life becomes real. You have more responsibilities and more problems to face and this adds to the trauma you are holding inside.
And this trauma is passed down to your children consciously or unconsciously. They pass it on to their children and their children pass it on to their children.
The most prevalent thing in your family tree becomes TRAUMA.
But now, you have the power to stop it and break this chain.
It's only when you break this chain you can let yourself and your children free from the generational trauma.
You cannot completely eradicate all forms of trauma but you can release the most prevalent trauma and that is the one you went through in your childhood and upbringing.
Once you let go of this, it becomes way easier to deal with every other trauma that life throws at you.
External triggers and situations with your relationships, family members, relatives, friends, and social life become way easier to handle.
And even your children will have the ability to deal with external situations with ease as that generational trauma is not being enforced upon them.
So LET GO of your childhood trauma and watch not only your life transform but also your children's; as you are breaking that generational trauma.

When you are applying all these techniques you are trying too hard and thinking too much on the application.
Instead, stop thinking so much.
All these higher vibrational emotions such as love, joy, peace, and enlightenment don't make you think too much. When you experience then you are not thinking too much but you are just living in the moment and being present.
And that is what meditation is
It's like being in love. When you are in love you don't really think. When you are making love you don't really think, it is so natural and pure. You move with the flow. And love is a very high vibrational emotion.
It's only through love you can reach enlightenment. Once you are in the state of love it is much easier to be enlightened.
Enlightenment is not something you attain, it's not a conquest or a race.
It is just a form of realization.
So free up your mind and allow yourself to reach a state of calmness.
This happens only when you are not thinking.
You get the best ideas when you are in the shower because you are not thinking.
You were just being present in the moment, creating space in your brain, and allowing thoughts to flow naturally.

Create an Alter EGO to MANIFEST
Creating an alter ego and embodying it can actually speed up your manifestations and whatever goal you are trying to accomplish. By creating an alter ego, you essentially break free from your trauma, pain, and attachments and start living like that character.
This helps you to break out of your shell and start acting, feeling, thinking, and living like the version of yourself that has everything you desire. Many actors, singers, artists, and individuals have used their alter egos to drive their success.
Beyonce used the alter ego Sasha fierce to overcome her shyness when it comes to performing.
Kobe used his alter ego Black Mamba to detach from his emotions while playing on the court
Sometimes you can even use an artifact that helps you to slip into your alter ego, (Martin Luther King used glasses to seem more intelligent)
So when you create an alter ego, it is not a whole different person. but instead, it is just a version of you that can channel whatever's on the inside without any fear.
Now personally I have used an alter ego to overcome my addiction issues. I envisioned a version of myself that is free from all addictions. I wrote down the attributes and personality of that version of myself on a piece of paper; embodied it and started living like that. This helped me to overcome my addictions.
Even though I overcame all my vices 4 years ago, I started uploading YouTube videos only a year ago. That's because I had immense social anxiety, not only to record myself on camera but to also talk to people around me.
Hence I created another Alter EGO: Apollo, which I used to overcome my social anxiety.
So write down the characteristics, personality, and attributes of your alter ego on a piece of paper.
On another piece of paper write down the current version of you and the things you'd like to change.
Take the piece of paper where you had written about the current version of you and BURN IT.
This is a symbol of you killing the current/old version of yourself.
As you embrace your alter ego, a new person emerges.
You thought you were putting on a mask, but you are taking it off.
Embrace this identity as you bury your old,
Take on the path you feared the most.
Seize the world anew, reborn in might,
Reach for the stars, and manifest your light.

The Justin Bieber Hate was one Massive "PENDULUM SWING"
Do you remember when people mindlessly hated Justin Bieber for no damn reason? And many of them still do.
If you go and ask these people why they hate him or his music, they can't give you a definitive answer.
It's like they are just hopping on that train so they are not left out of the crowd.

The reason you get TRIGGERED
When you have a conversation with somebody, they trigger you by bringing up some things you are not okay with or passing comments.
At this moment you may think they are to blame by talking about all these things but...... Even you are to blame.
The reason why they can trigger you is because you are still consumed by that trauma.
They know that they will get a certain reaction by bringing up some things and that's what they want. And when you get triggered you give them exactly what they want.
But if you do the inner work, and let go of the trauma, you will not get triggered by any external comments or situations. And when these energy vampires trigger you, you are nonreactive and stoic. '
This puts them off balance and prevents them from triggering you.
