Here is a presentation (pdf and links to YouTube and Rumble below) on appalling conduct by Lam Research that they tried to censor. Lam Research behaves like a Bolshevik organization. They release criminals and use lawfare and the released criminals to terrorize honest, law-abiding citizens. They lie, loot, and wreck like the Bolsheviks, too. Lam Research does not want anyone to see what they are really like. After the video of the presentation was posted on YouTube on 8/27/2021, Lam Research filed a fraudulent DMCA notice to get it taken down. Dr. Egan appealed and won, and You Tube restored it. Criminal Stalking Campaign MIT and the FBI criminally stalked and harassed Dr. Egan for the last 10 years. They smeared and lied about Dr. Egan to each of his three employers: FM Global, Lam Research, Analog Devices. All three employers kicked him out in the same bizarre, alarming way at the orders of MIT and the FBI. Here is the proof that MIT and the US Government (DOJ/FBI) murdered 84-year-old Leah Egan. They blew up her house with a rocket (or pipebomb). Photos of the ruins show the blast pattern. The MIT and FBI $10 Billion Dollar Fraud Ring on Defense Contracts & Unconstitutional Government Censorship MIT commits criminal fraud on government defense research contracts at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. −Falsifies and plagiarize technical reports.(Emails and a letter show the cover-up) −Falsifies experiments. −Steals money from contracts. −Experiments on the public without informed consent. Demo of Analytics Process Window Optimization (PWO). Dr. Egan does most of the talking. Dr. Kunwar also contributes. Demo continues, and Greiner states (18:04 to 18:38), “The only other comment, is in the table, we’ve probably hashed this out to death, so I don’t think there is any other way, better way to do this. But, Optimal Yield and Optimal Nominal, it would be nice to make that clear that that is the optimal by varying only the nominal value of the chosen parameters.” Dr. Kunwar responds, “That’s why we put that name there. Univariate parameter, but maybe people might miss that. Ah, we can call it Univariate Optimal or something like that…” Greiner continues, “We’ve probably beat this to death. We’ve already had this conversation three times and there’s probably no point in changing.” Dr. Egan continues the demo and various people speak. At the end, Greiner says (26:21 to end), “I think the answer for 8.0 is probably that you guys are way far ahead of the game. This is awesome, so probably the right thing to do is get it out and see what users do, see what the questions and concerns are.”

Dr. Levin and Dr. Kunwar, who worked for Dr. Egan, presented a preliminary UI for the new image calibration product for Analytics. Greiner praises it and says at the end, “I think this is a great first pass. Alan Levin: “All right, any questions for Analytics?” Ken Greiner: “Has SP&I had a chance to look, or Ivan, or anybody else, had a chance to look at PWO yet? Do you guys have any feedback or insight.” Several people talk at once… Dr. Joe Ervin: “He is playing with it.” Dr. David Fried: “OK, so, I had a conversation with Bill about this yesterday. I think this is one of these features, that sort of going back historically, sometimes when we launch our most advanced parts or features or stuff, they are way past what our customers can comprehend. So, like the first entry to market of multi-etch. Our customers are like, “Wow, that’s awesome, I have no idea what to do with it.” And it took, it literally took six to nine months until our customers started digesting what multi-etch was and how to use it and what to do with it. And now, today, it’s like completely standard in everything everybody does, right. This, the PWO piece, worries me, not that it’s not an amazing capability, but that we’re gonna get it out there and everybody is going to go “that’s awesome!” They have no clue what to do. And so, I think trying to get out in front of this one might, I think we might just have to deal with that anyway OK but trying to speed through this hurdle. I think if we have a very compelling example case tutorial that shows here’s my model, here’s the variation data that I’m looking at, here’s spec. Like a story-boarded tutorial and example that goes with that feature, so that when we go out and we work with the customers, we are not showing a feature, we gonna show that story. I think that’s absolutely essential to getting over the hurdle. He identified and characterized the tasks MAPD engineers were trying to accomplish. At the Nov 6, 2019 Sprint end meeting, he presented his plans for image calibration tasks, issues/learnings, and proposed features/solutions. This is slides 6 and 7 in the video clip. Tasks and path forward are shown in slide 8. He presented a complete set of solutions for MAPD and Lam’s customers, and a path forward to get them.
