-How to Make Air Fryer Chicken! | Easy & Tasty | Mindful Meals | Move with Maricris
*INGREDIENTS*
-Trader Joe's Chicken Tenders
-Breadcrumbs
-Paprika
-Garlic
-Oregano
*INSTRUCTIONS*
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400F (if necessary for your fryer).
2. Create breadcrumb mix - About 1-1 ½ cup (I used plain breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, garlic, red pepper flakes).
3. Whisk 2 eggs for the egg dip.
4. Add chicken tenders to egg batter then generously coat with your breadcrumb mix.
5. Spray the air fryer tray with oil, add tenders to the fryer, lightly spray the top of the tenders with oil to coat.
6. Set the air fryer temperature to 400F and cook for 6 minutes. (Make sure the tenders aren’t overlapping so they can cook evenly).
7. Flip chicken tenders, lightly spray with oil, and cook for another 6 minutes. (Total of 12-min)
8. Serve and enjoy as you desire! Use your chicken tenders as protein for pasta, or have some classic tenders with fries and dipping sauce!
