*some baking soda
1 tsp coconut oil or butter
*The original recipe had 1 tsp of baking soda in it - that is how much I use in my pancakes. However, some of you commented this was too much and all they could taste. It probably depends on the brand, but to be on the safe side just add a pinch of baking soda.
