MOUSSE DE MARACUJÁ
INGREDIENTS:
1 can condensed milk
320 ml passion fruit juice
1 can whey-free milk cream
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and concentrated passion fruit juice.
1 In a bowl, pour the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

To make a syrup for your passion fruit mousse, you just need to mix 1 cup of passion fruit pulp with 1/2 cup of sugar. Take to a pan, in low fire, stir well and let it boil. Stir a little more until it becomes syrupy. Then just take it to the fridge along with the mousse.

CUTE ORANGE CAKE
Ingredients:
3 units of egg
200 grams of sugar
200 milliliters of orange juice
1 tablespoon of grated orange
180 milliliters of oil
290 grams of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
345 grams of condensed milk
30 milliliters of juice of orange
60 milliliters of lemon juice
Orange zest to decorate to taste
How to make:
STEP 1
In a blender add 3 eggs, 200 g of granulated or refined sugar, 180 ml of 6leo, 200 ml of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of orange zest. Beat all this very well for approximately two minutes,
STEP 2
Transfer the beaten ingredients to a container and add 240 g of flour and mix until very well combined. Then add a tablespoon of baking powder and mix lightly until you have a smooth dough.
STEP 3
Now pass all this dough to a greased and floured mold, take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes,
STEP 4
To make the topping, in another container, add 345 g of condensed milk, 60 ml of Lemon juice and 30 ml of orange juice. Mix everything very well and take it to the fridge for just 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Spread the frosting over the surface of the cake and decorate as desired. I used the zest of the oranges and cut some slices to put on top.

Chocolate Cake
Dough ingredients:
6 eggs (whites) 2 cups (tea) of refined sugar 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 1 cup (tea) of cold water 21/2 cup (tea) of sifted wheat flour 1 cup ( tea) sifted powdered chocolate (Nescau or Padre's chocolate) 1 tablespoon baking powder (royal)
Black brigadeiro filling
Ingredients: 1/2 can of condensed milk 1/2 can of cream 1/2 can of cow's milk 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate 1/2 tablespoon of margarine.
Syrup to dip the cake:
1/2 glass of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of milk, sugar to taste. Mix everything together and use it to moisten the cake layers. (does not go into the fire).
Ganache frosting:
1 bar of semisweet chocolate (180g) 1 can of whey-free milk cream 1/2 bar of grated semisweet chocolate to sprinkle over the cake frosting.
HOW TO MAKE THE CAKE
CHOCOLATE CUTE:
Preparation 1. Place the egg whites in the bowl of a mixer and beat until stiff.
2. Transfer to a container and reserve.
3. In the same bowl put the egg yolks, sugar and beat until a clear and fluffy eggnog.
4. Then add the chocolate powder and beat some more. 5. Then gradually add the flour, water and oil and beat with the mixer on the pulsar position or at minimum speed, until a very homogeneous mass is obtained.
6. Turn off the mixer and add the yeast and the egg whites.
7. Stir carefully and place in the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Take to medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
BRIGADEIRO BLACK FILLING
1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and mix well before taking to the fire.
2. As soon as it boils, lower the heat and stir well until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
3. Let it cool and refrigerate overnight.
4. Place chopped walnuts over the filling layer.
CALDA TO WET THE CAKE
1. Mix everything and use it to moisten the layers of the cake. (does not go into the fire).
GANACHE COVERAGE
1. Chop the chocolate and put it in the microwave for two minutes at high power.
2. Stir well until completely melted.
3. Mix the cream and refrigerate until it reaches the consistency of frosting.
4. Cover the whole cake, sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with strawberries
