Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Olper’s cream 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s mozzarella cheese ¼ Cup
-Olper’s cheddar cheese ¼ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s cheddar cheese as required
-Olper’s mozzarella cheese as required
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs & beat well.
-Add cream,black pepper crushed,salt & beat well until fluffy.
-Add fresh coriander,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add & spread egg mixture,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-On one side of omelette,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & flip the other side over it.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Known mostly for it’s insanely good breakfasts, Grub does you right with their killer breakfast burrito, loaded to the rims with all sorts of breakfasty delights. Good luck finishing it in one sitting friends. Im partial to their legendary tuna melt, which if you’ve never had one, you shouldn’t order it here because it will ruin all other tuna melts in the world for you, and, will be the only thing you will want to eat moving forward. That paired with a loving staff, beautiful patio, and very reasonable prices makes Grub our go to for early nibbles.

Clifton's Cafeteria - Los Angeles, CA
Clifton's Cafeteria, once part of a chain of eight Clifton's restaurants, is the oldest surviving cafeteria style eatery in Los Angeles. and the largest public cafeteria in the world. Founded in 1931 by Clifford Clinton, the name was created by combining "Clifford" and "Clinton" to produce "Clifton's"
On the ground floor, the revamped cafeteria should feel familiar to anyone who's ever grazed at the deli section of a high-end supermarket - except that this cafeteria will stay open until 2 a.m. every day. The ground floor is also occupied by The Mill bakery, which serves Verve coffee, and a gift shop stocked with wine, chocolate, dates and other California-produced edibles.
On the second floor you'll find the Monarch Bar, which serves craft beer, sodas and floats, as well as a miniature chapel designed for kids. (Sadly, the neon cross that illuminated the original was broken during renovations.) The other major attraction will be hard to miss. At the center of an atrium that Meieran cut into the building stands a 40-foot-tall fake redwood tree. Its base is located near the Monarch Bar on the second level and it reaches up to the ceiling with reinforced branches designed to hold aerialists.
The third floor is home to the Gothic Bar, which features a booth named after sci-fi writer Ray Bradbury, a patron of the original Clifton's who became a pal of Meieran's. Belly up to a 19th-century gothic altar-turned-bar for cocktails created by bartenders Damian Windsor and Dustin Newsome. The third floor also features Clinton Hall, a ballroom space intended for private events, and lots of taxidermy dioramas created in consultation with experts from the Natural History Museum.
UPDATE : Clifton’s Republic ceased serving food at the first floor cafeteria.

-Gondh (Edible gum crystals) ¾ Cup
-Makhanay (Puffed Lotus Seed) 3 Cups
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 1 Cup
-Badam (Almonds) 1 & ½ Cups
-Pista (Pistachio) ¾ Cup
-Asli desi ghee (Pure organic ghee) 2-3 tbs or as required
-Kishmish (Raisins) ½ Cup
-Char Magaz (Dried Melon Seeds) 1 Cup
-Asli desi ghee (Pure organic ghee) 1 Cup or as required
-Sooji (Semolina) ½ kg
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Pisi huee cheeni (Powdered sugar) ½ kg
Directions:
-In wok,add pure organic ghee and edible gum crystals,fry until double in size.
-Add puffed lotus seeds,fry until light golden.
-Add cashew nuts,fry until golden brown.
-Add almonds and fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pistachio,fry for 1-2 minutes.
-In food chopper,add all fried nuts and coarsely chop fried nuts,set aside.
-In pot,add pure organic ghee and raisins,fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add dried melon seeds and fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pure organic ghee and semolina, continuously mix until fragrant.
-Add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder,continuously mix well until golden brown.
-In bowl,add semolina mixture, coarsely ground fried nuts,dried melon seeds & raisins and powdered sugar,mix until well combined.
-Panjeeri is ready and store in an air tight jar & use up till 2-3 months.

-Asli desi ghee aur sooji dal ker khusbhu anay tak musalsal mix kertay rahien.
-Khopra aur elaichi powder dal ker golden brown hunay tak musalsal mix kerta rahien.
-Bowl mein sooji mixture,coarsely ground fried nuts,char magaz & kishmish aur pisi huee cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Panjeeri tayyar hai,air tight box jar mein store karein aur 2-3 months ka ander istamal ker lein.

Ingredients:
-Chicken strips 250 gms
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Colored bell peppers ¾ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) slices ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) if required
-Tortilla or flatbread
-Cheese (Grated) as required
Directions:
-In bowl,add chicken strips,garlic paste,black pepper powder,dried oregano,paprika powder,salt and red chili powder and mix well.
-In wok,add butter and let it melt,add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is done,set aside.
-In the same wok,add colored bell peppers,onion and butter,saute for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
-Heat grill pan,oil one side of tortilla or flatbread and keep oily side down on grill pan.
-Add cheese,cooked chicken,sauteed vegetables,cheese and cover with another tortilla & brush oil.
-When one side is toasted,flip and toast from another side until cheese melts.
-Chicken quesadillas is ready,cut in four quarters and serve with salsa.

Dynamite Prawns Recipe:
Ingredients:
300g Prawns/Shrimps
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
Ingredients for sauce:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
4 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Sesame oil
Ingredients for coating:
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 cup Corn flour
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a bowl mix vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, water and soak prawns in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a bowl add black pepper, eggs, salt and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl mix flour, corn flour, garlic powder and set aside.
Coat prawns firstly in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.
Then deep fry prawns until light golden brown.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika and sesame oil. And your dynamite sauce is ready.
Coat prawns in dynamite sauce, sprinkle spring onion and serve.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serving: 4-5
