Wp Traning Kit Part 1, How To Buy Domain
There’s no denying that WordPress is the most popular content management system in the world.
What started off as a personal project is now an integral part of the internet’s architecture, powering hundreds of millions of websites.
It handles all-things website building and hosting, from personal blogs, information sites, small business content, and big business companies.
The best part about WordPress is that it’s easy to use and flexible enough to make different types of websites. That’s the main reason why WordPress has grown so much in popularity.
According to a recent survey, WordPress powers 34% of all websites on the internet. Here are some numbers to put things in perspective…
• WordPress holds nearly 60% of the CMS market share. No other website builder software comes close.
• More than 22% of all new domain names in the United States are running WordPress.
• 17 posts are published every second on WordPress sites around the world.
• 37 million global Google searches for “WordPress” are made per month.
• WordPress powers 14.7% of the top 100 websites in the world.
• The CMS is available in 162 different languages localities around the world.
• 805 new WordPress websites are launched every day.
But these are just the tip of the iceberg. It also continues to grow in its reach and usage by individuals, notable celebrities and leaders, and big companies all over the world.
It's best known as a blogging platform, but the majority of websites on the platform are eCommerce storefronts, a large portion of which belong to Fortune 500 companies like Fortune.com, CNN, and the New York Post or tech giants like Microsoft and Facebook News.
It's even the platform behind Whitehouse.gov and Sweden's official government website.

LEH LADDAKH, INDIA, MARKET
LEH LADDAKH, INDIA, MARKET
Shopping List, You Need
1. Tibetan Handicrafts & Wares
The huge Tibetan population that has made Ladakh its home provides not just a rich infusion to the local culture but also allows everyone a generous peeks into their homes and traditions by selling handmade Tibetan artifacts and wares at the markets here. You will be spoilt for choice with intricately painted, eye-catching Thangka paintings that make for beautiful, sacred wall-pieces and meditational means; Buddha statues in different poses and sizes, each with its own significance; mountable Buddha masks; prayer wheels, beads, and flags for chanting or adorning your vehicle; brass and copper 'chang' pots with intricate carvings, traditionally used to serve tea or alcoholic beverages (your chance to be fancy at get-togethers?); carved wooden tables or 'choktse' that are painstakingly carved and painted in stunning colors or simply varnished; and bamboo work baskets and cradles of superior quality are some of the things to look out for while shopping in Leh Ladakh.
2. Silver and Stone Jewellery
The stunning Ladakhi jewelry makes a gorgeous addition to your or your better half's collection. Sift through the vast collections of pure silver jewelry, making sure it is hallmarked for authenticity, and vibrant turquoise and coral pieces worn traditionally by Ladakhis and Tibetans. You'll find a wide variety of necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and even key chains while shopping in Ladakh. We promise you will end up buying more than just one of each kind.
3. Pashmina Shawls And Woolens
The delicate, painfully beautiful, and very warm, Pashmina shawls made with fine Kashmiri wool can be found aplenty here. For normal woolens, look for socks, gloves, sweaters, caps, and blankets woven with yak wool in the trademark local patterns. Additionally, while shopping in Ladakh you may look out for the traditional warm robe 'gotcha', made with wool or cotton, and the colorfully embroidered and embellished headgear 'Perak', worn by the locals. If you have a weird sense of style or the ability to carry off everything with ease, you are sure to make a fashion statement with these local garments.
4. Rugs And Kashmiri Carpets
Ladakh is a one-stop-shop for making your home an abode of resplendence! Don't miss out on crucial buys like Ladakhi carpets and rugs - naturally dyed and handwoven with wool in exotic patterns that include detailed dragons and floral representations. The sturdy, thick rugs make for great wall hangings and carpets. Kashmiri carpets, on the other hand, have more intricate designs woven with more exquisite wool and silk, which are available in various sizes and prices. Nothing adds a touch of regality and ethnicity to a room as, perhaps, a Kashmiri carpet with its amalgamation of vibrant colors and intricate patterns does.
5. Apricots' Jam, Oil
Enjoy the bounty of dried or freshly harvested apricots grown locally and abundantly in Ladakh and its neighboring areas. You can also find organic apricot jam and oil while shopping in Leh Ladakh, to make the most of the luscious fruit!
Where to Shop in Ladakh
From dedicated, specialty markets to ones that address all your shopping impulses under one roof, there is no dearth of avenues to find the exploits as mentioned above.
Here's a glossary of places for shopping in Ladakh that you need to keep a note on:
1. Main Bazaar
As the name suggests, this is the chief street lined with shops and stalls frequented by tourists and locals and selling almost everything you may require. You can buy Tibetan souvenirs, handicrafts, antiques and woolens, and Ladakhi jewelry, at the numerous outposts here, and also pashmina shawls at competitive prices which require bargaining, nevertheless.
2. Tibetan Handicraft Emporium (Main Bazaar Road) and Tibetan Handicraft Community Showroom (Choglamsar)
Leh has several really fascinating handicraft shops run by Tibetan refugees and it is one of the best places to find handicrafts and antiques at affordable prices. These two make a one-stop-shop for buying Tibetan handicrafts and wares, authentic Ladakhi jewelry in silver and stone, and exquisite gift items. Perhaps, more expensive than the shops lining Main Bazaar road, but you are likely to find more variety here making it a must-visit for shopping in Ladakh. Let your inner shopaholic run free amongst the snow-capped Himalayas and get yourself and your friends some souvenirs.
3. Ladakh Art Palace (Main Bazaar Road)Another gem to select from and purchase a wide a variety of Ladakhi jewelry, Tibetan wares, and artifacts, antiques. The place specializes in Ladakhi and Tibetan jewelry, so make sure you visit it if you are a jewelry connoisseur.
4. Cottage Industries Exposition (Changspa)
All the locally made handicrafts, shawls, hand-woven garments, carpets, and rugs are exhibited and sold under one roof.
5. Dalai Lama Charitable Trust Handicraft Emporium
This one deserves a special mention, for the proceeds from the sale of goods at the outlet are given to the local artisans to promote their craft and provide them sustenance. So, while you marvel at the beauty of local talent and handiwork represented in all their handicrafts, shawls, woolens, paintings, and artifacts sold here, remember the artisan community's hard work needs support and encouragement, and purchasing goods here goes a long way in ensuring their needs are met.
6. Ladag Apricot Store
If your desire and appetite for apricots have not been met at the Main Bazaar, head to this store that deals only in apricots and all its derivatives - dried, fresh, jam, and oil. The nutritious oil and finger-licking jam are much sought after by tourists while shopping in Ladakh.
7. The Ecology Centre (Changspa)
Here’s a place where you can learn about ecology conservation and get some souvenirs as well. As part of the Ecology Centre off on Changspa, the center has a very well-stocked library as well as a handicraft shop that promotes and sells locally made clothes, thangkas, bags, purses, shoes, and much more.
8. Moti Market
This is one of the oldest markets in Leh and as the name suggests this is the place to go for gems, pearls(moti), precious stones. If you want some of the best traditional jewelry Ladakh can offer, you have to go here. Lamo Pearls in the Moti Market is one of the oldest shops you can find there that sells authentic pearls and stones.
Tips for Shopping in Ladakh
Before you rush to fulfill your materialistic indulgences it would help to be mindful of a few things to ensure you don't feel ripped off at the end of your shopping spree. The keyword to remember while shopping in Ladakh is the bargain. The need for it cannot be over-emphasized. Even when a shop says the price is fixed, it is pretty flexible in reality, so don't hesitate to indulge in some good old haggling. Also, when you purchase silver jewelry, check that you aren't being passed off a fake at the price of genuine silver, by checking the hallmark on the jewelry.
That is it. Now, you're good to go shopping in Ladakh. We hope you return with bags full of goodies and a soul full of smiles.

Anjuna Beach -Goa, India
Anjuna Beach -Goa, India
Situated eight kilometers west of Mapusa, Anjuna beach is the most happening of all beaches, one rather says it's the mother of all beaches in Goa. This freak capital of the world is on holiday around the year. Bordered by red laterite cliffs and white sands, the beach presents a contrasting color view. And ever swinging with winds, coconut plantation just adds to the serenity of enjoying a cool breeze on the beach. People flocking this beach are so varied in their interests, yet they all come to Anjuna for the same reason. No one wants to miss the sensation of being on a beach that has been the hub of trance parties for decades. The magic of Anjuna beach can't be put to words, only experienced, maybe in a hopping beach party under a moonlit sky. The history of Anjuna beach is quite young. The beach was 'discovered' sometime in the 1950s and '60s by a group of travelers and then they began to meet here in the dry season to party.
Major Tourist Attractions of Anjuna Beach
The Acid House Party - The party never stops on Anjuna. It's the party-hard spirit that makes Anjuna a rave venue for big parties and party animals, especially during the Christmas and new year periods. Usually, the nightlife of Anjuna centers at Shore bar which is in the middle of the beach. The sound system here is pounding and the music really funky. The night comes alive with trance music from London. There is no dearth of party places. All you need to do is just swing into the party mood and voila! the fun begins.
Wednesday Flea market - A tradition decades old, a major tourist attraction, and a bustling business center, a Flea market held every Wednesday dates back to the 1970s when it began as a place where hippies who were either broke or were leaving sold their possessions. Banned for several years for allegedly promoting drug trafficking, the Flea market was revived eight years back by Anjuna Panchayat. The popularity of the market among the locals and tourists can be judged by traffic jams here every Wednesday. But once there, the Flea market will offer you a range of products so unique that it will be a memory of a lifetime. From a used paperback to a haircut, cameras to elephant rides, Tibetan, Kashmiri, and Gujarati trinkets and handicrafts, to cassettes of "Goa Trance" there is no end to the variety here. The flea market is a heaven for hardcore shoppers and good bargainers. The market begins around noon and goes on till sunset. Once in Goa, you can't afford to miss this riot of colors.

6 Good Reasons to Eat a Banana
6 Good Reasons to Eat a Banana
1. Bananas are one of the best fruit sources of vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 from bananas is easily absorbed by your body and a medium-sized banana can provide about a quarter of your daily vitamin B6 needs.
Vitamin B6 helps your body:
produce red blood cells,
metabolize carbohydrates and fats, turning them into energy,
metabolize amino acids,
remove unwanted chemicals from your liver and kidneys, and
maintain a healthy nervous system.
Vitamin B6 is also good for pregnant women as it helps meet their baby’s development needs.
2. Bananas are respectable sources of vitamin C
You may not associate bananas with vitamin C but a medium-sized banana will provide about 10% of your daily vitamin C needs.
Vitamin C helps:
protect your body against cell and tissue damage,
your body absorb iron better,
your body produce collagen - the protein which holds your skin, bones, and body together, and
support brain health by producing serotonin, a hormone that affects our sleep cycle, moods, and experiences of stress and pain.
3. Manganese in bananas is good for your skin
One medium-sized banana provides approximately 13% of your daily manganese needs. Manganese helps your body make collagen and protects your skin and other cells against free radical damage.
4. Potassium in bananas is good for your heart health and blood pressure
A medium-sized banana will provide around 320-400 mg of potassium, which meets about 10% of your daily potassium needs.
Potassium helps your body maintain a healthy heart and blood pressure. In addition, bananas are low in sodium. The low sodium and high potassium combination help to control high blood pressure.
5. Bananas can aid digestion and help beat gastrointestinal issues
A medium banana will provide about 10-12% of your daily fiber needs. Singapore’s Health Promotion Board recommends a daily dietary fiber intake of 20g for women and 26g for men.
Soluble and insoluble fibers play an important role in your health. Soluble fiber helps your body control your blood sugar level and get rid of fatty substances such as cholesterol. Insoluble fiber adds weight and softness to stools, making it easier for you to have regular bowel movements. This helps to keep your gut healthy and safe from harmful bacteria.
Bananas, especially newly-ripened ones, contain starch that does not digest (resistant starch) in your small intestine and is able to pass into the large intestine. Such bananas help you manage your weight better as you stay full for longer.
That said, bananas can help you beat gastrointestinal issues such as:
constipation,
stomach ulcers, and
heartburn
6. Bananas give you energy – minus the fats and cholesterol
Bananas contain three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose, and glucose – giving you a fat and cholesterol-free source of energy. As such, bananas are ideal, especially for children and athletes, for breakfast, as a midday snack, or before and after sports.
